    POST EXTRACTION INSTRUCTION

    1. Bite Hard on cotton for 45 minutes.


    2. Do not spit or rinse for 24 hours.
    3. Avoid smoking, hot foods and hot drinks for one day, have soft diet.
    4. Do not touch or place your finger at site of extraction, watch for signs of lip or cheek biting on
    children as this causes trauma.
    5. Rinse gently with warm salty water after 24 hours to keep the site of extraction warm.
    6. In case of bleeding, bite hard on cotton, if unable to control then contact your dentist
    immediately.
