We pray just one prayer: Father Open the eyes of my Understanding
As I was asked to, Apostle has ask me to do a very difficult thing
Though not hard but difficult, cause talking about Warfare and Deliverance is
like talking about my Life and even a book store will not contain if I start
speaking
But I will let the Holy Spirit bring out the necessary light for tonight
Shall we Begin
So I will be sharing some parts of my encounters and experiences
Luke 4:18, Obadiah 1:17, Acts 26:18
The concept of Warfare is Older than the Mankind
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he hath anointed me to preach
the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach
deliverance to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at
liberty them that are bruised,”
Luke 4:18 KJV
“to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the
power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and
inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.”
Acts 26:18 KJV
“But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and
the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.”
Obadiah 1:17 KJV
And Also the Concept of Deliverance is the no 3 highligted as Jesus outline

of ministry as he found in the books of the Prophet
Let's Start from Here

5 Things were Highlighted here as Jesus category of job
1. Preach to the Poor

2. Heal the broken Hearted
3. Preach Deliverance
4. Recover Sight to the Blind (2 phase)
5. Set Liberty
Now for point of References, LUKE 4:18 was my Call Scripture, that was
where I found myself as revealed to me by the Lord
I heard I was called by God from birth, but you know I never really heard God
speak clearly, though I had the signs but I needed a clear conviction, so I
lingered for long until October 31st 2016
I was in a conference, and while prayer was going on I heard the voice of God
who said pick up your Bible and open it
But to which place I asked, but no replies just open it up he said
I obeyed and opened and as I opened behold, just one opening and no
flipping pages what was set before my eyes was Luke 4:18 and then the Lord
started building me and there he said that's your Word!
Now note the grace to manifest deeply in the ministry of deliverance is a

mantle and God decides who he gives it to, though you can pray fo it but it
will be given in a measure
Looking closing at Luke 4:18, deliverance was not the only thing listed in the
scripture but that was where God began my training
Let's now look at Acts 26:18
“to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the
power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and
inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.”

1. To open their eyes (Sight)

2. To turn them from Darkness to Light (Deliverance)
3. From power of Satan to God (Liberation)
Joseph knew this that was why he was different from every other prisoner
Now the concept of deliverance is not just rushing into casting out devils but
from revelation.
That was why in Luke it said to preach DELIVERANCE to the captive
The Gospel is a gospel of Love, yes
But a major working is the working of deliverance because the god of this
world hath blinded the eyes of many
That's why some people can be with a great man of God and not gain
anything because they are under a seige
Warfare and Deliverance are intertwined
In the Bible, it says when wars are fought, it's for deliverance because at
some point it ends and the losing side becomes slaves to the victors. So
every warfare is the begining of the journey to Deliverance.
Like I said The Concept of Warfare began even before Adam was created.
So anyone saying he doesn't believe in warfare prayers, me I don't know what
else to say but to allow him experience serious torture from the Devil himself
Back to my encounter
So after I got that word from the bible, I went into a 3 days dry fast to seek
alignment, after which certain things started happening
Now these are the possible dimensions opened for everyone operating in a
high level of DELIVERANCE grace
1. Discernment: God will so much prune you that your perception will be very
high and to do that you have to learn the act of waiting, that's how to sharpen
your depth in discerning things
2. Word of Knowledge/Wisdom: This is very important because it will guild
you on what, when and how to apply the grace bestowed on you.
The reason why most ministers struggle to cast out just a small demon is
because this part of them is dead.
3. Healing: yes healing, most cases of health and sickness are afflictions or
infirmities and such sicknesses can only be casted out.
For the notes sake, there is what we call DELIVERANCE healing
Jesus practiced it and even the world renowned Pst. Chris Oyakhilome does
it, infact I have watched him countless time and I have captured that truth.
If you watch closely at Pastor Chris, you will hear h say to the sick person or
the lame "Out" and that's all, the person is healed.
Why because he knows what exactly is behind it
Deliverance is a very common and important aspect of the healing ministry

Deliverance ministry refers to freeing people from the influence of evil spirits,
or in other words, casting out demons. For Jesus and His early followers,
deliverance was a normal part of the gospel. Now people wonder at the
strange things I do at deliverance, even me I wonder but most things I do, I
discern
Now the spirit of discernment is that inner conviction of what is the root
cause of a problem or telling what is and what is not, with sometimes
conscious and unconscious facts
Most time when I engage in deliverance immediately, it's either I know the
spirit beging it or the location where the Spirit is hiding in the body because
the human soul is the largest territory in the entire world that even legions
can dwell in and even much more.
That's why the devil is after the soul of believers, because that's the largest
territory
So after knowing this then the gift of word of knowledge and wisdoms
coming in, if it is to speak, lay hands or use certain point of contacts
If you are in this ministry, you need to know this
And Boom deliverance is there, sometimes you will know that it's not all who
falls down that gets delivered, but unfortunately you see that's the end point
for every minister who operates shallowly in that ministry. Deliverance is not
in the falling down.
Who Needs deliverance?

I'm going to note how you know does who needs deliverance because to have
an effective result in deliverance, you need to preach it before you administer
it.
There is a warfare dimension to everything happening. These were from my
teaching at GLN I had to screenshot to save time
It will bring us to the last text I listed. Obadiah 1:17
Please note make sure you are thoroughly furnished before embarking on any
deliverance
if not it's either you get disgraced or afflicted
I mean it, because it happened to me at my early days

One vital key to engage in Successful deliverance is Holiness
Because the devil has the grace to check deep into your puritan status
I have successfully conducted multiple deliverances because I maintain my
Puritan Status
I see the fire of DELIVERANCE already
If your eyes can see recieve it now
To certain of you this charge is timely because you have been under delay
and darkness for too long but after today I see Moses arising, I see Gideon
arising
Now let me give some Basics into Warfare to give a balancing

When we are born again, we are all born into warfare because being born
again, means a change in Citizenship and the Citizenship of the Country you
now occupy is at a constant war against where you migrated from
The Bible recited there was war in heaven
Their kingdoms are at war
Satan and his Agents against God and his Angels
Now some people say Satan is powerless and an idiot like they like to
exclaim but he is not most powerful
In Warfare there are 3 Occults in the Kingdom of Darkness that wage war
against the children of Light
1. Satan
2. Hell
3. Death
Now Jesus' greatest fear was not Satan or Hell but it was Death
Read through Hebrew chapter 5

Death is the deadliest occult amongst the three
That was why he cried for the cup of death to be taken away
But later Jesus at Gethsemane defeated death and redeemed the whole
world
In warfare, the most important thing is knowing how to survive
I once encountered a principality, very dreadful who came through the

cardinal edge of my wall
I would have lost that battle if I hadn't known what to do at the last end
Now note you don't rain down fire on principalities, because even they have
fire too. You need the right weapon to win against them. They are different
form the others in Ephesians 6:10
They are Princes and it takes a prince to fight against them.
That was why Peter made our status clear in 1 Peter 2:9 that we are royal
priesthood

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
¹¹ Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the
wiles of the devil.
¹² For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against
spiritual wickedness in high places.
Hmm it's so much but I will cut it short

There is a of power needed for Warfare and that is power as EXOUSIA and
power as ISKUS (might)
Now let me give you the positions to take in fight and warfare
1. Sitting Position (Eph 1:19-22)
Every warfare involves blood and to be born again is to be born into a new
bloodline
¹⁹And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe,
according to the working of his mighty power,
²⁰Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him
at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
²¹Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every
name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
²²And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all
things to the church,
²³Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.
Ephesians 1:19-22
And that is of Jesus
If so, we are seated with him in heavenly places and that's far above all
principalities and power and might and dominion and names
We should know that we are Fighting from Victory and not for victory
We are enthroned with Christ because in Warfare we legislate
In Warfare the victors are the ones that sits higher
I adjure us to read Ephesians thoroughly
I think I will Stop here because of our time and let me pray for us
If God grants us another time we will continue from where we stopped
There is a level of DELIVERANCE you will operate God will then gift you the
gift of Prophecy.
