Hi Team,

This is in regards to the fraudulent activity that took place on my Amazon account on 18/10/2019.

we have been constantly in touch with Amazon since then. All other transactions were refunded barring 2. One for
1500INR and another for 10000 INR.

Was informed today to send mail to the FR team. Now doing that. Request you to kindly help resolve the issue and refund
the following amounts that was assured to us since the activities on this account. I hope you understand that my Amazon
account supposed to b eone of the most safe accounts all over thw World was hacked and our stored card details used.

Sharing the below information as also asked by the Amazon .in team.

Name of bank- Standard Chartered Bank

Last 4 digits of card- 6050

Type of Card- Mastercard

Date of charge- 18/10/2019

Amount- INR 10000 and 1500
