Go to the Amazon KDP homepage:

● If you click “Sign in” with your existing

account - your personal account will then
be connected to your KDP business
account
OR
● Create a new Amazon account - which will
purely be for your business, you will then
click “Sign up”

Follow the prompt on the next page:

● If you clicked “Sign in” with your
existing account - your email and
password will be requested

● If you clicked “Sign up” - next click

“Create your KDP account”
(number 1). Next, your name, email and
a password will be requested
(number 2)

● If you’re creating a new KDP account,

you will then be asked to agree to the
terms and conditions. Click “Agree”
after reading through everything.

What do you need to fill in?

● Country of residence (proof required)

● Full name
● Full address
● Phone number

What do you need to fill in?

● Country where your bank account is located

● Account holder details
● Type of account
● Account number
● Name of bank
● Proof of your bank account

**Note: If you or your company is in the US you´ll need

your Account and Routing number, this might look a little
different if you fill this out for another country but it’s
essentially the same.

7 Filling in “Tax Information”

What do you need to fill in?

● Select individual or business

● If you opened up a LLC as a C-Corp you´re a business, in almost all
other cases you're an individual.
● Select whether you/your business is in the USA or not
● Select the type of business you have
● If you opened up an LLC as C-Corp you still have to chose LLC not
C-Corp here.
● This is only if you selected “business” as your tax classification.
● Business name and address
● Enter your EIN/SSN (your tax ID number)
● Sign with your name
