ABAS3

Lucas Fernando Dorado has an expressive speech delay. He is still working on answering "yes" and "no" questions directly and tends to repeat questions instead of answering. He gets distracted easily but can sustain attention to preferred activities or when fidgeting. Sometimes his speech is low and he needs to be reminded to speak up. He enjoys familiar songs. He is working on answering questions completely rather than just giving one-word responses. An adult is always present to help answer his questions. His occupational therapist is working with him.

For number 20: Sometimes he will say something like “dog running” but other times, will say “run”
and then I have to tell him to say the whole sentence. I will emulate it for him and he will still only
say one word. “The dog is running.” He will say, “running”.

An adult is always there to answer so he just comes and says “hi” to the person
X
