    RESOLUTION NO. 01
    SERIES OF 2020

    A RESOLUTION TO RELEASE FUNDS FROM THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUND FOR THE PURCHASE
    OF HYGIENE KITS AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP100,000.00)

    WHEREAS, pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular no. 2020-074, there is a need to realign
    the SK budget to provide funds for the programs, project, and activities (PPAs) related to
    coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)

    WHEREAS, the amount will be taken from the Sports Program and will be realigned for for
    the programs, project, and activities (PPAs) related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-
    19)

    WHEREAS, this amount will be used to buy Hygiene kits

    WHEREAS, these kits will be distributed to all households in the barangay.

    NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, on motion of SK Kagawad Edward


    John D. Llaneza and duly seconded by SK Kagawad Kim Allen O. Lulu to release funds from the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Fund in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (100,000.00PHP)

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this Resolution to all the officials and offices if the
    government concerned for their information.
