degree in hospitality and Hotel Administration. I passed the National Council for Hotel
Management Joint Entrance Examination with an All India Rank of 4323 and was accepted
into IHM Hyderabad, which is regarded among one of the top 5 hotel management institutes
in India. The three years I spent studying hotel management not only increased my drive and
motivation to achieve my goals, but they also helped me grow as a person. This programme
provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge in the hospitality industry, retail
management, and business development. As a result, I'm eager to learn about different styles
and techniques in order to broaden my worldview while also improving my professional skills
as a young person. Which will be extremely useful in my future career.
Language proficiency:
I have appeared for the English proficiency test PTE on 03/09/2022 and secured overall score

Family Background:
I live in a nuclear family. My father Late Mr. Vanapalli Venkatnarayana was a retired
government employee. My mother Vanapalli Indrani is currently working as a teacher in a
school earning an annual income of INR 1,10,000 and will receive my fathers pension of INR
6,26,316 per annum and I have one Elder brother Vanapalli Udbhav. In 2020, he got married.
He is a Photographer by profession, owns a company called The Dreamers Films, and
generates more than INR 10,00,000 in annual revenue. My Mother and brother are sponsoring
my entire education in Australia for two years that includes my tuition fee + my living
expenses + overseas student health cover + our travel expenses.
Work Experience:
After receiving my degree, I began working for McDonald's as a management trainee. I was
raised to Shift manager after three months. I performed well during my shifts, and the next
three months I was rolled up to the restaurant department manager. I headed the division
responsible for customer service. Through formal and informal interactions, I mentored and
developed store employees, assisting in the continued development of productive store
associates to produce the required sales and outcomes. I upheld quality control standards and
procedures to increase client satisfaction.Later, I oversaw the department of food quality,
made sure everything was in order, and helped my business pass the food safety audit.
Controlled and reduced waste while keeping an eye on other elements to manage inventory
and keep it within target. I was then moved to a different department called people
development, where I assisted my coworkers in advancing their careers. took care of the
schedule and problems with the employees. I was appointed as a point of contact from the
corresponding McDonald's branch after having my completion with all departments assigned
2̀
to me was confirmed. In February 2021, I was given the chance to work with GHM EV Pvt
Ltd as the Operations supervisor of a company-owned, company-operated branch. performed
inventory audits and inspections, conducted inventory monitoring, and other tasks as
assigned.
I began working as an assistant branch manager for the company country delight, a brand of
Beejapuri diary pvt ltd, in December 2021. I handle customer requests and issues. customer
issues were tracked and handled quickly and effectively. I used to oversee the store's
performance management and inventory control. managing the workforce, which would
include hundreds of delivery boys, by briefing them each day before operations begin. Then I
supervised office activities and operations. Aside from developing and implementing office
rules and procedures, I also hired, trained, and managed the office employees.
In addition, I have finished my internship at the ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad, one of the area's
top hotels with a rating of 5 stars deluxe. Working in several departments and places, such as
a restaurant and a bar as well as the front office department, kitchen operations, and
housekeeping, has greatly expanded my understanding. As a student, I've worked on various
cooking competitions and set up food stalls related to sales, which have greatly expanded my
understanding by helping us to find answers to the problems we've encountered while
managing food stalls and made us one of the most lucrative stalls at the event. I have
developed my teamwork and management abilities while participating in these competitions
and working.
India is also globally recognized for higher studies. When compared to leading education
destinations such as the United States and Australia, India lags far behind.
After researching the courses available, I discovered that in order to be admitted to top-ranked
universities/institutions, it is necessary to take written entrance exams such as GATE, ICET,
and CAT, followed by other selection processes such as group discussions, personal
interviews, and written ability tests, among others. An international institute, on the other
hand, only requires academic and English language requirements for admission to a course.
As a result, I intend to invest my parents' hard-earned money in universities that will direct
my career in the right direction. Another fact is that Indian students have far fewer job
opportunities than international degree holders.
Even in my previous experience, I studied for my Bachelor's degree at one of India's finest
institutes, and one thing I found lacking was the concurrence and permeability with actual
industries that offer us work after we have learned the subjects. Infrastructure and facilities
are lacking even in India unless we choose some highly regarded universities like IIM or
ICFAI. Additionally, there are no student support services like career counselling, mentoring,
or counselling available.
The fee structure in Indian universities is less expensive, but the cost of moving is
significantly higher. As a result, I decided to broaden my research and began looking at
universities in other countries. The specialisations they offer, such as Global MBA, Dual
degree programmes in hospitality, tourism, international business, marketing, human
resources, and so on, astounded me. We are not allowed to stress enough in Indian
universities how to plan, conduct, analyse, and interpret the results of activities, so we
become more user-centered and achieve our goals, tasks, and projects based on how it makes
more sense for clients in the real world rather than our understanding. Even in India, the
curriculum emphasises theory over practise, and there are no internship opportunities. This
course requires more than just theoretical study; it also requires some real-world work
experience to better understand industry requirements. If I go to study in Australia. I will gain
international experience and practical knowledge that I will not be able to obtain through
Indian studies. As a result, after carefully considering my options, I decided to study abroad.

Why Australia?
Education in Australia has always played an important role in developing the ability In
Australia, education has always been crucial in helping students learn how to operate
effectively and efficiently. The environment, faculty direction, and research opportunities are
excellent and encourage any student's perceptual development. When I return home after the
course, the assured global standards of education and the worth of the certificate will be
recognised as the ones with top quality throughout the world, especially in my nation. Only
when I travel to Australia and return with the resources needed to establish my career as an
entrepreneur in my field, helping my nation and my people, will I be able to accomplish my
ambition. Besides that, the cost of studying and living in Australia is lower than in the United
States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and the security, cleanliness, and quality of life
make it an excellent study option. With many internship programmes, Australia is the best
platform for developing international skills and practically understanding global hospitality
and business needs. I pick Australia above other locations due to a few other advantages,
including the country's tropical environment, world-class teaching staff, contemporary
facilities, low tuition costs, and simplified visa processing. Australian hospitality and tourism
programmes are of high quality and are well-known around the world. Australian universities
have an excellent reputation for the quality of their educational programmes, which attracts a
large number of students from Asia Pacific countries. Australia's typical climatic conditions
are similar to those of my home country, India. Australia's infrastructure, industry-institute
interface, and focused education system have made it the unquestionable choice for a master's
programme. I did some research and discovered that Australia not only provides high-quality
education but also reasonable tuition and living expenses. Studying in an English-speaking
country I am assured that I will even enrich my communication skills and develop more
formal English which is useful in my career. That is why I selected Australia for my further
education.
