Sirbrina reported that Breanna lived with for alittle bit until she was 6 years old and then she moved in with her father (Leonard Cobb) until she came to Michigan at the end of May 2008, beginning of June. She said Leonard sent Breanna baok to Michigan to live with her because she had too many behavioral problems and he was unable to control her anymore. When she got to Michigan, she took her that Monday and registered her for school, She said on Tuesday she got a call just moments after dropping her off to come get her because she had jumped on a teacher, Breanna had gender/sexual orientation issues. She liked girls and would dress like a boy. She had a history of Tunning away and would be gone for 2-3 days a time before returning home. Sirbrina stated that she did not care how or what Breanna did when she was with her friends but the rule in the home was that if she is out with the family she had to dress and act like a git. Sirbrina was asked about her contact with Breanna when she lived in Texas. She gave @ vague explanation and said she talked to her over the phorie from time to time. She did not say how often or how often she would see her in person. When Breanna came to live with Sibrina she reported that she had went to Wayne County Juvenile Detention Center and tried filing incorrigibilty but was told unless she is picked up by the police or has a history of violent behaviors then there is nothing they could do for her. Sirbrina stated that Breanna was nota violent person and has would have never harmed anyone. Sirbrinia said she does not know who posted the ads and admitted it was not her who profiled her pictures. She believes it may have been law enforcement once they got word Breanna was missing. Sirbrina said Breanna's father, Leonard Cobb called Michigan State Police and reported Breanna missing. She was asked why she did not make the report and she had no reply. She then stated she did not know she could and said that on her days off from work she would take drive back in the neighborhood in which they lived in and would ask around if they have seen her. Sitbrina got extremely defensive when she was asked why she did not be more proactive about her daughter's disappearance. She said she did what she could, she called Detroit Police. She said she had to work and “our other kids to think about and take care of” Sirbrina was asked the last time she spoke to Breanna after she went missing. She said that she asked Breanna where she was at and what she had been up to but she would not give out where she was at. Sirbrina reiterated the fact that she would drive by the old neighborhood on her days off and would tak to the neighbors to see if Breanna was around. They got a hold of a representative there who helped them get a hold of law enforcement in Detroit. Shortly after they found the organization they were contacted by Detective Krebs and the investigation began. He reported that throughout their investigation, he had leamed that Sicbrina had told law enforcement that she had contact with Breanna throughout 2009 but that was not true. He sald that MSP placed all the photos and dia a media coverage on her missing. He doesn't understand how their child could go misting and no one made a report but him, He said that he believes had he not taking the steps he did they would went about the lives lke they had been. He said that believes Sirbrina thought when, he sent her back to Michigan to live that he was going to go away and never be involved in Breanna's life, but that was not the case. She told him that she does not understand why her mother never ‘did anything or ever ‘searched for Breanna, She stated that she asked her mother several times for his number to call him but she was always told she did not have it is very upset with her mother and stil has a lot of questions.
