Bulacan State University is always aiming for quality education for all. However, with the
―new normal‖ in education brought but COVID 19, which has a global effect, Bulacan
State University finds all the means to respond to the present needs of students. One of
the means is creating modules based on their subject-curriculum, such as Stenography.
The study of Stenography is a great help to the present generation. There will be more
great opportunities for the students of Bulacan State University if they will complete the
course in Legal Management because it involves Stenography. In the first semester of
Stenography 1 307, its contents are the Fundamentals of shorthand, consisting of
principles, brief forms, sentences, grammar, building vocabulary words, and correct
usage of grammar and spelling. It also includes the easiest and fastest way of taking
dictation, which is an important skill when working in Court.
