June 20th | Day 1: Overview

We’re here today to give you guys a clear idea of what this is, why we’re doing it, and what you’ll be learning today.

To start, let’s talk about what this is.

#Unison Mentorship Program turns kids into warriors, giving you tools to succeed. This program is for the people who
want happiness in their lives. Clear thinking makes us happy, and you feel confident when you know what you’re doing.
We want to teach you how to do that.

I’m doing this mentorship summer program because I believe life is all about balance. Understanding your heart, mind,
body, and soul is just the process.

After you understand these aspects of your life and learn how to use them, you will achieve balance.

Throughout this mentorship program, you will learn about Personal Development, Self-Improvement, Life Enrichment,
Planning, Learning, and Consciousness.

The most significant lesson is about consciousness. You’re going to love it.

This will be done by sending you daily content Monday-Friday at 3:30 PM EST. The daily content might take 10 minutes
to read, and sometimes it might take you all day. I’m not expecting perfection. This mentorship is meant to challenge
you so you get used to doing things the hard way.

Life is tough, and the sooner you get used to the word “hard,” the easier it will be to achieve anything you want. It’s called
mental toughness, which means getting rid of your emotional reaction to something you don’t want to do and developing
the habit of just doing it.
Teamwork

I’m going to split you guys up into random teams today. I’m here to teach you guys how to make the most out of people
around you by getting to know them and finding ways to work together. Get to know your teammates but also people
outside of your team. Think outside the box and work together, even if it hurts your team.

Training is mandatory. You’ll get daily training and exercises. You’ll present your results on Sunday.

Exercises are optional. If you want to show these results on Sunday, you can. Most people won’t exercise, but what’s
important is that you work hard for your ego and yourself.

I’m going to do a live chat on Saturdays. You can talk via voice chat.

Each Sunday, you’ll show your results individually and as a team. The goal is to see who’s the most effective team, gets
the best results, and understands the content best. You’ll also be tested on who’s in and out of your team. Make sure
you’re not isolating yourself and that you’re working together. It’ll make training more accessible.

Today’s training is getting to know your teammates. Try to talk to them at least once a day.
Overview
Week 1: Introduction | June 20th - 24th
We’ll get an introduction to each section throughout the Summer Mentorship
Program.

Week 2: Personal Development | June 27th - July 1st


You’ll get an overview of Personal Development, which is about learning how
to get what you want.

Week 3: Self Improvement | July 4th - July 8th


Self-improvement involves the mind and the body. By giving you the skills and
knowledge you need, we’ll help you reach your potential.

Week 4: Life Enrichment | July 11th - July 15th


This is about learning to be happy from your heart and soul. We’re learning
Self Improvement because we want to be satisfied. And we’ll teach you how to
keep it that way.

Week 5: Planning | July 18th - July 22nd


You’ll learn how to set goals and develop habits so that you can achieve your
goals.

Week 6: Foundation | July 25th - July 29th


The second most crucial week of this Summer Mentorship Program. You’re
learning the basics of Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul.

Mind + Body = Personal Improvement

Heart + Soul = Life Enrichment

Life Enrichment + Personal Improvement = A Balanced Life

Training:
Today, you’ll be put in 6 teams.

Get to know your teammates by asking who they are, what they
do, why they’re here, etc. Break the ice.

Get as much info as you can. You’ll need it.

Exercise:
Socializing makes you happy. Learning how to have a
conversation is essential, but there are different ways to do it.

Check out different conversation styles online and see which


one you like. Try it on your partner, the server, close friends,
family, etc. Just have fun.
I’ve decided to start this process slowly because I believe in 1% a day. I don’t want you
guys rushing into it. The goal of this Mentorship Program is to make it smooth, so
people will feel comfortable.

Every day you’ll have to do 1% more than the day before.

Before you know it, you’ll see “hard” as just another stepping stone.

Explore the server, and get to know your people on it. We have activities where you
can play games with one another, movie/show night, I stream on Youtube so you can
play with me, we will have discussions on the weekends, etc.

I will be here for you every step of the way.
