I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to do the following:
a. Identify the characteristics of Arts and Crafts in Mindoro, Marinduque,
Romblon, and Palawan.
b. Create a woven artwork using paper.
c. Show interest in learning the different arts and crafts in MIMAROPA.
III. Procedure
Motivation
The teacher will show a video presentation about the arts, crafts,
and festivals of MIMAROPA. She will let the student observe the content of
the video.
The teacher will use the answers of the students to link the
questions to the lesson of the day.
D. Assessment
The teacher will ask the class a question:
What are the similar characteristics of the arts and crafts coming
from Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan?
IV. Evaluation
Performance Task:
The task will be individual. The students will make a woven artwork
or material using a colored paper or construction paper. The output will be
graded according to the following criteria.

Creativity 20 points
Uniqueness 20 points
Overall Impact 10 points
Total: 50 points
V. Assignment
Have an advance reading about the Arts, Crafts, and Festivals of Visayas.
Bring the following materials:
1.5L Bottle, scissors, yarn, glue, ruler and pencil.
