Opening Spill: The Graduation Month is one of the most awaited months on the part of the students as

well as of course those parents who for their first time ever see their sons and daughters be one of
those be members of the graduating class marching during the processional. I am pretty sure that it’s
been already a month long waiting and preparation. Needless to say what to wear and what to do.
Those feelings come into reality this day. As BIT International College- Talibon celebrates there 2022
Commencement Exercises.

Processional: Ladies and Gentlemen, help me welcome the entering of our School Colors, Graduating
Class together with their parents. To be followed by our guests, administrators, and the faculty and staff
for the Processional.

To begin the ceremonies, may we all stand for a prayer to be led by:
_____________________________. Remain standing as we pay tribute to our National Flag through the
singing of the “Philippine National Anthem” followed by the singing of provincial hymm “ Awit sa Bohol”
to be led by:_____________________.

Welcome Address. To set the tone for this afternoon’s event, let us put our hands together for Mr.
Rommel A. Auza, MPA, Dean, College of Business Administration.

PRESENTATION OF Honor Graduates& Awardees to the President for Recognition/ Presentation of


Candidates for Graduation to the School registar..

And Now the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do the Honors of
presenting of Honor Graduates & Awardees to the Presidents for recognition May I call on Engr. Dionisio
A. Balite, Jr. PhD. School Registrar , BIT IC System. In presenting this year’s candidates for graduation,
may we have the Department Deans to be followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation of
the graduates and recognition of honor graduates/Awardees and conferring of the Titles and Degrees of
the candidates for Graduation by our very own President of BIT IC System, Atty. Dionesio D. Balite, PhD.

At this moment, we will now have the awarding of medals and citations to our deserving, behavioral and
awardees by their parents to by conduct by our Executive Vice President Dr. Alma Bella B. Diputado,
PhD, DPA.

Today’s affair is being graced by a special man who’s the very reason of the existence of BIT
International College through the years who will deliver his words of wisdom to our graduates and to
their parents as well. Ladies and Gentlemen, please help me welcome Atty. Dionesio D. Balite, PhD,
President and Chairman , BIT IC System.

Thank you so much Sir for your heart warming message.


DIPLOMA

A Diploma is a tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of education. This is now the fruit
of each student’s endeavor. So to do the honors of the distribution of diplomas to our graduates, may
we have on the stage _________________.

And now to formally conduct in takin oath of graduates as newly members of BIT IC Alumni Association
my I call on Mr. Jessie G. Alde, President BIT IC Alumni Association to the honors.

Now we may have on stage Ms. Roselle Casucot ,for our Pledge of Loyalty.

At this juncture, we shall listen to the graduates’ graduation song Through the year and and singing of
Alma mater Hymn.
