WALKING

1 Do you like walking?

Definitely. I find it very relaxing and good for my health too I have tend to go out for a
walk whenever I get stressed out or need to think something through.

2. Do you like to walk on your own or with others?

I usually prefer walking alone as it allows me to manage my own pace. I find it as an excellent
way of keeping my body fit and also reducing the mental stress. However, I do go for walks with
my family members or friends sometimes, especially to spend quality time with them.
3: Would you say that your city is a good place for walking?
Yes, Undoubtedly, my city is perfect for walking because it offers so many parks, open spaces,
and pedestrian paths.
4  Do people in your country walk a lot?

People who live in cities don't really walk too much because they frequently travel
quite long distances. However, those who live in rural areas walk a lot around
them. The majority of urban residents enjoy morning walks and consider walking
as a form of exercise.
5 Do you think walking is important?
Yes, I think walking is the best and the simplest way to stay fit in today’s busy life. People hardly
have time to exercise and on top of that most of the jobs are limited to the desk. Hence regular
walking is indeed very important.
6 Do you walk more than in the past ?
Yes, of course. When I stayed at home , I went to school by bus and used electric bicycle when
ever I went out . Now I live on campus. I have to walk from my dorm room to class and back. I
have to walk around campus to buy stuff, and get things done. So I definitely walk a lot more
than before.

7 Do you think walking in the countryside is better than walking in the city?

Yes, walking in the countryside is definitely better than walking in the city. The greenery

and fresh air that you can enjoy in the countryside is scarce in the crowded cities. Plus,

rural areas are more peaceful and pollution-free which makes them perfect for long

walks.
8. What could be done to improve the experience of walking in cities?
Actually a lot can be done to improve the walking experience in the cities like planting more
trees, constructing parks and separate lanes for walkers all across. Moreover, there could be
special walking zones with no vehicles allowed during some hours of the day.
WEATHER
1 What is the weather like in your country each season?
It depends on which part of the country you are referring to. I’m currently living in the North, I
would say the weather is a bit comfortable because it has all four seasons but sometimes the
weather can also get pretty extreme, especially in the summer when the temperature can reach
up to 40 degree celcius

2 What type of weather do you like best?

I definetely prefer a cool and pleasant weather. This type of weather always
promotes an uplifting mood. I can show off my fashionable outfits with different
layers and enjoy my favourite hot pot
3 Does the weather ever affect what you do?
Yes, plans change according to the weather, for instance, if there is a heavy downpour I will not
be able to walk my dog or to go shopping in town.
4 does it rain much in your hometown
No, in my hometown, there is no heavy rain usually when there is a monsoon season. At
that time there was heavy rain. The climate of my hometown is moderate neither there is too
cold nor too hot, and rain often comes occasional
5 does rain ever affect transportation in your hometown?
Yeah, for sure. As a matter of fact, rain often causes severe traffic congestion, especially
when there is heavy downpour. People should expect to be stuck for hours in a traffic jam.
