Web Portal Registration

and Password Reset


Instructions

In order to provide an innovative solution with tools for


managing your retirement plan account, Pension
Administrators Group, Inc. ("PAG") is pleased to
introduce the new web platform.

INSTRUCTIONS for Registration

1. Proceed to www.pagi.biz as normal and select “Sign In”:

2. On the log-in page, participant will need to register a new account


as the old credentials are no longer valid.

3. The participant will enter their name, participant id (SSN) and birth
date. Then hit update:

4. Participant information:

A. Participant will need to review and edit profile information as


needed.
B. Once profile has been edited, the participant will select a new
user id. User Id must be alphanumeric and is case
sensitive.
C. Participant will need to add email address for notifications and
answer security questions.
D. Once all information has been completed, the participant will hit
“Update” button.

5. Once the “Update” button has been selected, the screen will return to
login page again for the participant to enter the site as a registered
participant.

6. Participant will also receive a welcome/confirmation email from web
portal to the email used in the registration process as shown below with
the new username.

NOTE: Please check junk/spam folder to ensure that the welcome email
was received. If participant does not receive the email, please call
customer service at 787-977-8496 for help.

PAG Web Portal Password Reset Instructions

1. On the log-in page, participant will need to select “Forgot Password?”


link.

2. The user will then need to enter their email address from
registration and hit the “Reset Link” button.

3. User will receive email with subject heading “PAG- Reset


Your Password.” User will open the email and hit the
“Reset Password” button.

4. User will be directed to page to enter their new password.
Once password has been entered successfully, user will hit the
“Update” button.

5. After new password has been updated, a message will appear


on screen confirming success. User can then hit the word
“Login” and be taken back to login page.

6. In addition to the successful change message, the user will


receive email with subject heading “PAG- Password
Changed Successfully.” User can open the email to see
confirmation of password change. User can then hit the word
“Login” and be taken back to login page.

7. Password Updated.
