Database Case
The Data Analyst – C_DataA_txt is a data dump for worldwide land investment deals. The dataset can be
used to answer questions such as: the average value of investments for a specific purpose in a specific
region, the size of land acquired by specific investors, the top ten investors by investment value or land
size, etc. It is required to cleanse and organize the data using Excel. Organize the data into a database
that can be used to analyze it from various perspectives. Give an example on how the database can be
used by developing a chart representing some information from the database. It is not required to
answer all the questions stated above.

Make any reasonable assumptions to complete the task. The duration is one hour, followed by a 15
minute presentation of your Excel file to discuss your methodology in solving the task and how the
database can be used to analyze the dataset.
