Removal

WARNING: Always disconnect the battery ground cable at the battery when working on an
evaporative emission (EVAP) system or fuel-related component. Highly flammable mixtures may be
present and may be ignited. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury.

l Disconnect the EVAP canister electrical connector.
l Disconnect the vent hose.
l Disconnect the EVAP canister quick connect couplings.

1. Remove the fastener.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
2. Remove the EVAP canister.
