Target Market

The Lean Team Player (LTR-OC) role is applicable across a wide range of industries and types of
companies.

Companies that rely upon the interaction of multiple teams that are required to collaborate in
order to sustain business operations are primary targets. E.g. multi-plant operations,
operational processes that require cross-functional departments to align, labor intensive
operations, etc.

These attributes are industry agnostic although traditional manufacturing industries (T&M,
A&D, CPG-R, etc.) will already be performing this role manually and are good targets. In
addition, since Lean stems from manufacturing history, these companies will already
understand the value of Lean operations (but may have had difficulty in adopting them).

Other industries, which focus on business operations, logistics, etc., still have the same
opportunities to leverage lean principles to increase the effectiveness of their internal teams.

Naturally, the size of the company will indicate the number of teams and potential scope of
usage. However, SMB companies also have applicable use-cases.

Use Case Description

Teams are able to engage more effectively because they can meet and interact in
natural ways that mimic in-person human interactions and drive empowerment.

Engage Teams Effectively The modern environment replicates the simplest experience of using pen and paper
