Overview:

effective staff member of your organization. This chapter ways to maintain these various tools, equipment and paraphernalia so
they can contribute to your productivity as a front office staff. This chapter outlines the different steps and criteria in evaluating
whether these tools, equipment, and paraphernalia are working properly.
