For your kind information, currently we are handling power and water projects of lage size in Oman. We are also a co-developer and O&M Operator of Sohar IV IWP (250 MLD), Sohar, awarded in 2016 for a term of 20 ‘years; and Ghubrah III TWP (300 MLD) - under development stage - awarded in 2020, Further, we would like to briefly highlight our following credentials: SOGEX Oman is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 45001:2018 certified, a leading, long ‘experienced and one of the most technically qualified company primarily in Operation and Maintenance of Power and Water Desalination Projects, including Reverse Osmosis, Sewage Treatment, Electro-Mechanical, engineering maintenance and troubleshooting jobs and related activities in the Middle East for over 45 years. ‘SOGEX has an extensive experience for over 45 years in the field of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of large power and desalination plants in Oman, UAE, KSA, Algeria and India with the capacity of the power projects ranging from 50 MW to 2743 MW. As such, it has experience and exposure to global O&M practices. SOGEX was the O&M Operator for Fujairah Water and Power Plant, Fujairah, U.A.E for four (04) years from 2033 to 2007. As such, we are very well familiar with the UAE O&M practices, ‘SOGEX is a partner company in large IPPAAWPAWPP projects in Oman viz., Sohar IPP Phase I & Sohar IPP Phase Il, Barka [WP Phase Il and Barka IPP Phase III, Manah IPP and Rusail IPP power and water projects in Oman. The term of these projects is 15 years. The production capacity is ranging from Power 260 MW to (678 MW and Water 26.4 MIGD to 33 MIGD water in respective plants. In the past, it was the single & sole O&M contractor for Ghubrah Power & Desalination Plant with production capacity of $40 MW Power & 42 MIGD water for 32 years continuously from 1976 to 2007. 12 w2w0n2 wa twas the first company to introduce ISO Quality Management in Power Plants in the Middle East as carly asin 1997. SOGEX has well developed Quality Management policies and standards in compliance with the best industrial practices, SOGEX is certified for Integrated Management System complying ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. SOGEX has good rapport with the leading OEM companies viz., GE, Siemens, Ansaldo, Thomassen ete. It has also experience in procurement of spares and spares management contract. SOGEX has a long-standing IISE commitment und well developed HSE policies and standards. It shall apply HSE policies rigorously.
