    addition to offices in New York, London, San Francisco and Palo Alto, and senior teams in Chicago and Los Angeles.

    clients. We provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, valuation, and capital structure to
    companies, institutions and governments. We also have a focus on strategic advisory, where we work with our
    clients in areas not traditionally covered by investment banking advisory services.

    An internship at Centerview offers a truly unique and differentiated opportunity. In the independent advisory firm
    model, junior bankers play a vital role on teams that are leaner than those of typical investment banks. As a result,
    interns should expect regular interaction with both senior Centerview professionals and clients. We are a flat

    our offices, including Paris and London, are staffed on client accounts as generalists, meaning they work with
    companies across industries and transaction types, performing all required analysis, with responsibilities including
    both coverage and execution.

    Since its founding in 2006 by Blair Effron and Robert Pruzan, Centerview has advised clients on over $3 trillion in
    transactions. Our clients include over 20% of the 50 largest companies in the world by market capitalization, and we
    have been involved in many of the largest and most complex corporate situations and transactions.

    Our Paris team, led by Matthieu Pigasse, Nicolas Constant and Pierre Pasqual, is looking for interns from January
    2023 to take part in Centerview’s expansion in France and Continental Europe.

    Position Description / Role:


    Over the course of a 6-month internship, interns can expect immediate participation in live projects, working with
    Centerview bankers at all levels and with frequent client interaction. Interns will gain exposure to the fundamentals
    of banking, including financial modeling, fundamental valuation and strategic thinking, working on a mix of transaction
    execution and general client advisory. Our model is focused on internal promotion driven by an apprenticeship
    model of development. By the end of their internship, interns can expect to have a strong understanding of M&A
    execution, financial advisory and client service.

    A prior experience in Investment Banking, together with fluency in French, are preferred. If interested, please send
