The type of communication that deals
with the process of sending and
receiving messages between people
whose cultural backgrounds
are different.

In a global environment, the ability to
communicate effectively can be a challenge.
Even when both parties speak the same
language, there can still be misunderstandings
due to ethnic and cultural differences.
