(a) HR Operations
Coordination with various departments to discuss on required resources criteria to be hired.
Process RRF approvals, searching candidates via recruitment portal, local references, other sources.
Initial screening of the candidates, scheduling interview with reporting managers, departmental heads.
Processing IEF approval along with HO coordination for candidate finalization.
Employee onboarding, induction, asset handover & other post joining support to the employees, exit process.

Disposition of the TDS certificate to the vendors and arranging the no dues certificates from the vendors.
Co-ordination with HO & vendors to support on TDS & GST issues closures.
