    Delivery time commitment given shall be from the date of receipt of advance. For custom orders, we are not responsible for any delays.
    Cheques payable in Delhi/NCR. In case outstation cheques are presented, Theorem Design reserve the right to await clearance of

    Civil work or supervision of any kind of civil work shall not be undertaken by Theorem Design.

    All disputes shall be settled within Delhi Jurisdiction

    Taxes applicable as per government rules.
