NARRATIVE REPORT
Dec. 20, 2021
The program started with a prayer and the singing of the national anthem. The GPTA
President, Mr. Edwin E. Rizala, gave his opening message which welcomes everyone in the
activity. It is then followed by the words of inspiration given by the school head, Mr. Lope R.
Perocho Jr. He emphasized the importance of recognizing the achievements of everyone in school
which has contributed to the success of attaining school’s vision and mission.
The recognition proper started after the conduct of GPTA Quarterly Assembly. The
Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Angelene M. Operiano, awarded the following to her respective pupils:
The Grades 1 and 2 Teacher, Ms. Lizel O. Pardillo, awarded the following to her learners:

daily cleaning schedule and pahina.
The day ends with everyone having their awards of the contribution they made for the
quarter.

Feb. 28, 2022
The program started with a prayer and the singing of the national anthem. The GPTA
President, Mr. Edwin E. Rizala, gave his opening message for the Second Quarter Recognition of
the school. He thanked the parents for coming and congratulated the learners in advance. It is
then followed by the words of inspiration given by the school head, Mr. Lope R. Perocho Jr. He
emphasized the importance of consistency of doing activities that may lead to reaching the goals
that each person has. Without consistency in giving efforts and hard work, it is hard to reach the
dream.

the school for School Year 2021 - 2022. He encouraged the parents and learners to keep on
hustling and never get tired of serving the school and learning amidst the pandemic. It is then
followed by the words of inspiration given by the school head, Mr. Lope R. Perocho Jr. He
highlighted the importance of being united in achieving a common goal. Everyone in school should
cooperate and participate for the benefit of the learners.
