Description

•Weighted Average Days Paid: This metric shows the average number of days between the sale and the receipt of final paymen
weighted by receivables amount for receivables transactions that are paid off completely in the historical period.
•Weighted Average Days Delinquent: This metric shows the average number of days between the invoice due date and the fina
paid or the applied date.
•Paid Receivables Transactions: This metric shows the number of receivables transactions that are paid fully during the specific
historical period.
•Applied Receipts: The metric shows the number of receipts that are applied (based on the final or full application during the
specific historical period.
The dashboard uses the value that is specified in the AR: History Range for ECC profile option to calculate Weighted Average
Days Paid, Paid Receivables Transactions, and Applied Receipts metrics.

The summary bar shows the following key metrics to investigate the period close process for the selected ledger.

Unaccounted Events: This metric shows the number of transaction events that are not processed, which include customer invoic
bills receivables, adjustments, and receipts. These unaccounted events prevent financial managers from closing an accounting
period.
Draft Accounting: This metric shows the number of subledger journal entries that are in the Draft mode. Because you cannot
transfer draft accounting entries to Oracle General Ledger, review this metric to process these entries using the Create Accounti
program.
Accounting Errors: This metric shows the number of accounting errors reported by the Create Accounting program when the
request is run in Oracle Subledger Accounting.
Untransferred Journals: This metric shows the number of journals that are not yet transferred to and posted in Oracle General
Ledger.

Use the metrics in this summary bar to monitor the health of open payables transactions.
Supplier Balance: This metric shows the sum of all invoices in the ledger that are unpaid or partially paid, except for
expense reports and prepayments.
•Employee Balance: This metric shows the sum of unpaid expense reports.
• Unapplied Prepayment: The sum of all prepayment invoices that are available and are not fully applied.
• Past Due Invoices: This metric shows the sum of all invoices with a due date great than the system date.
Invoices Due in 7 Days: This metric shows the sum of all invoices due within the next seven days.
This tag cloud displays the top ten validation statuses with the number of invoices at each status and drill-down to the

These metrics help you to review the discount opportunities available on unpaid invoices.
•Discounts Available in the Next 7 Days: This metric shows the sum of all available discounts (first, second, or third)

•Discounts on Held Invoices: This metric shows the discount amount available but at risk due to holds.
This tag cloud displays the ten suppliers with the highest number of discountable schedules available on outstanding
balances.
•First Discount Available (Functional Currency) (Sum) by Discount Available, Supplier Name: This chart displays the
sum of first available discounts by discount amount and supplier name.

• Draft: This metric shows the number of orders in the Entered status.
• With Alerts: This metric shows the number of orders that require attention due to exceptions. These orders have been entered
booked but are on hold or have an expected delay. These orders are not yet late.
• Late: This metric shows the number of booked orders that have missed the schedule ship date.
• Open: This metric shows the number of booked orders that are in progress.
This table displays details for all orders based on the selected refinement. For example, if you click the With Alerts metric, then
table displays only those orders that have an alert.

•In Pool: This metric shows the number of approved requisition lines that are in the queue.
•Unassigned Requisitions: This metric shows the number of requisition lines that are not assigned to a buyer.
•Urgent Requisitions: This metric shows the number of requisitions with a status of In Pool and marked urgent.
•Requisitions to Process: This metric shows the number of requisitions that are not urgent and that have order-by
dates in the next 30 days.
By default, this chart shows the count of requisition lines by need-by date and category. This count includes all lines
that have future need-by dates and all approved requisition lines that have need-by dates up to three months in the
past. The available metrics are requisition line count and line amount. Select a group dimension to view the
requisition line count or amount by buyer name, approved date, project, category, ship-to location, or line status.
Select a dimension to view the requisition line count or amount by ship-to location, line status, reservation status, or
project. You can sort the data by need-by date, range, line amount, or sum.
By default, this pie chart shows the percentage of requisition lines by ship-to location. The hover text for each pie
chart segment displays the number of requisition lines to that ship-to location. Select a dimension to view the
percentage of requisition lines by project, category, or buyer name. This chart does not include requisitions that are
canceled and finally closed.
These tables display requisition summaries and details for requisition lines and distributions. Use attribute groups to
see more information about requisitions.

•Requisitions table - To view more details about a requisition, click the link icon in the View column for that
requisition in the Requisitions results table to navigate to the Requisition page in Oracle iProcurement.

Orders Dashboard
Description
This summary bar displays currency information and several metrics. To refine dashboard data, including the
metrics, by currency, click Currencies and then select a value.
•Orders to Watch: This metric shows the number of purchase orders that have a status of Pending Change Request or
Requires Reapproval.
•Shipments Due: This metric shows the number of open shipments that have a need-by date in the next 15 days.
•Overdue Shipments: This metric shows the number of open shipments that have a need-by date in the past.
•Overdue Deliverables: This metric shows the number of open deliverables that have a due date in the past.
•Invoices on Hold: This metric shows the number of accounts payable (AP) invoices for purchase orders on which
payments have been held.
This summary bar shows the following metrics:
•Procurement Cycle Time: This metric shows the average time taken from requisition approval to purchase order
approval.
•On-Time Delivery: This metric shows the percentage of shipments that were received on or before the need-by date
plus the tolerance.
•Quality: This metric shows the percentage of shipments that had no quality issues.
•Price Compliance: This metric shows the ratio of the invoiced price to the price agreed upon on the agreement or
order, expressed as a percentage.
This stacked bar chart shows the sum of order amounts or the order count for orders by group status and substatus.
Select a group dimension to view the order amounts or count by buyer or project name. Select a dimension to view
the order amounts or count by reservation status.
This chart shows the average time it takes to process orders through the procurement cycle buckets for each buyer or
an order.

Description
This summary bar displays currency information and several metrics. To refine dashboard data, including the
metrics, by currency, click Currencies and then select a value.
•Agreements to Watch: This metric shows the number of blanket or contract purchase agreements that are
approaching or have reached the amount limit.
•Expiring Agreements: This metric shows the number of blanket or contract purchase agreements that are
approaching or have reached their end date.
By default, this stacked bar chart shows the number of agreements by group status and substatus. Select a group
dimension to view the agreement count by buyer, creation year, or creation month.
This dual metric bar chart shows the sum of the amount agreed to and the sum of the amount released, that is, the
amount utilized for an agreement.

Description

•Cycle Time: This metric shows the average sourcing cycle, the time from negotiation creation to award

•Targeted Savings: This metric shows the sum of savings target established on all completed negotiations

•Difference between start price and target price, multiplied by quantities and summed up.
•Negotiated Savings: This metric shows the sum of savings negotiated on all completed negotiations.

time it takes to process negotiations through phases and by amount ranges. Select a dimension to view the average
time by number of negotiations.

•Projected Savings (Sum), Negotiation Savings (Sum), Target Quantity (Sum) by Category: By default, this bubble
chart shows the projected savings and the negotiated savings for a category. Group dimensions include number, type,

quotes and bids for a supplier.

keywords. The available dimensions are review keywords, review title, and supplier. This tag cloud displays data
only if reviews are available.
This tab displays the following charts. These charts display data only if the data set has one functional currency.
•Off-Contract Spend and iExpense Spend: By default, this bar chart shows the off-contract spend and the iExpense
spend for a cost center. Select a group dimension to view the spend type by operating unit, buyer, purchasing
category, supplier, or spend year.
•Off-Contract Spend Percentage vs. iExpense Spend Percentage: This bubble chart shows off-contract spend
percentage versus iExpense spend percentage for each cost center or spend year.
By default, the Rating Analysis bubble chart shows the average item rating and the average supplier rating for a
purchasing category. The bubble size shows the purchase order line amount for the items that have reviews. Group
dimensions include purchasing category, supplier, and item. Select an X-axis or a Y-axis metric to view the rating by
price compliance percentage, quality percentage, or on-time delivery percentage. The size metrics include rating by
review count and purchase order line count.
Note: This chart displays data only when a single functional currency has been selected, and the chart reflects data
only for items that have at least one purchase order.
The Open Feedback stacked bar chart shows open feedback items by type. The status of the item's feedback must be
Open. You can review whether a requester's feedback has open actions or responses.
This results table provides information about catalog items. Use attribute groups such as catalog source, shopping
category, catalog buyer, and line type to view more information about catalog items.
Feedback is similar to reviews. The primary difference is that the correspondence on a feedback is visible only to the
requester who submitted the feedback and all buyers linked to the operating unit in which the feedback is made.
•To edit or delete a feedback record, click the link icon in the Manage column to navigate to the Oracle
iProcurement Feedback page.
Description
This summary bar displays currency information and several metrics. To refine dashboard data, including the
metrics, by currency, click Currencies and then select a value.
Suppliers: This metric shows the number of unique suppliers that are in the current view based on filters applied.
Approved Suppliers: This metric shows the number of suppliers who appear in the approved supplier list for at least
one item or a category.
Suppliers on Hold: This metric shows the number of suppliers who have at least one active hold status, such as Hold
All Payments or Hold All Purchase Orders. These suppliers have holds at the supplier level or the supplier-site level.
•Active Agreements: This metric shows the number of contract purchase agreements in the current view that are
active as of today. Active agreements are those agreements that are either approved or for which reapproval is
required and have not expired.
•Orders: This metric shows the number of purchase orders in the current view.
•Ordered Items: This metric shows the number of unique items, including description-based items, ordered from the
suppliers in the current view.
•Draft Negotiations: This metric shows the number of draft negotiations in which suppliers that are in the current
view are invited to participate.
This bar displays the following metrics:
•On-Time Delivery: This metric shows the percentage of shipments that were received on or before the need-by date
plus the tolerance.
•Quality: This metric shows the percentage of shipments that had no quality issues.
Price Compliance: This metric shows the ratio of the invoiced price to the price agreed upon on the agreement or
order, expressed as a percentage.
•Item Rating: This metric shows the average review rating for catalog items, entered by requesters in iProcurement.
•Supplier Rating: This metric shows the average review rating for suppliers, entered by requesters in iProcurement.
•Performance Score: This metric shows the average supplier performance evaluation score for suppliers that are in
the current view.
•Overall Supplier Performance: By default, this bubble chart shows performance for a supplier by quality rating and
on-time delivery rating. Select an X-axis or a Y-axis metric to view the supplier performance by quality rating, price
compliance, item review rating, supplier review rating, or score. The bubble size represents the total spend. The chart
does not display data when there are multiple functional currencies.
•Supplier Performance Over Time: By default, this bar chart displays performance over time for a supplier by quality
rating. Select a metric to view the supplier performance by price compliance, on-time delivery rating, or performance
rating. The performance evaluation score is calculated by averaging the scores for all purchase orders and
agreements in the visible data set. The chart does not display data when there are multiple functional currencies.
•Holds by Supplier: This stacked bar chart shows the number of holds for a supplier by hold type.
•Supplier's Geographic Distribution: This bar chart shows the number of suppliers by each country or supplier state.
•Spend by Supplier: This stacked bar chart shows contract versus off-contract spend for each supplier. The chart does
not display data when there are multiple functional currencies.
•Spend Trend: This bar chart shows the total spend for each supplier by supplier performance years or item category.
This table shows details for suppliers.
You can perform the following row-level actions:
To update a supplier's information, click the link icon in the View column for the supplier to navigate to
the Supplier page.
Add as Sources of Supply: This action is applicable to buyers using Project Procurement Command Center. The first
step of this action is to click the link icon in the Analyze Supplier column for a plan line in the Project
Procurement dashboard. Use this action to analyze suppliers for a plan line and then add them as sources of supply.

This table shows the active purchase orders, blanket purchase agreements, and negotiations. Additionally, it displays
holds applied on active documents, total count of orders, total spend, number of negotiations in which a selected
supplier participated, negotiations in which the selected supplier was awarded, average spend per year, receipt and
use details.
This table shows the details of suppliers.
This table shows the projects for which the supplier is associated to a purchasing document.
This table shows the ASL approval status, the item, supplier category, and manufacturer details of approved
suppliers.
To review a supplier's performance, click the link icon in the View column to open the Assessment page for that
supplier.

The Add as Sources of Supply action is applicable to project buyers using the Project Procurement Command Center.
When you click the link icon in the Add as Sources of Supply column for an agreement line, the Create Sources of
Supply page appears. See Creating Sources of Supply for more information.
You can perform the following row-level actions:
To view details for a negotiation to which the suppliers have been invited, click the link icon in the View column to
open the negotiation document.
If a negotiation is at the Closed status, view the negotiation, proceed to compare, and award the suppliers. See

Add to Negotiation: This action is applicable to buyers using the Procurement Command Center. The first step of
this action is to click the link icon in the Analyze Supplier column for a requisition line in

If you try this action without having a requisition line in context, then the dashboard displays an error. If the
requisition line is valid, then you can add the requisition line to the negotiation along with the supplier.

•Lead Time by Categories: This chart shows the average lead time for agreement lines by categories for item
category and item.

total spend sum. This chart displays data only when a single functional currency has been selected.

•Spend Spread: By default, this pie chart shows the spend spread for an item category. Select a dimension to view the

•Off Contract Spend: This bar chart analyzes the contract spend and the off-contract spend for an item category.
Contract spend is the purchase orders spend amounts. Off-Contract spend is the purchase order spend amounts that
are not linked to agreements. This chart displays data only when a single functional currency has been selected.
These tables summarize the details for items and information related to items in procurement documents, projects,
and approved supplier lists.
These tables show details for purchasing documents associated with items. You can review information for
negotiations, agreements, requisitions, and purchase orders.
•Shopping Sessions: This metric shows the number of times that employees have logged in to the iProcurement Shop
page.
•Searches with Items Added to Cart: This metric shows searches with matches that were added to the cart.
•Searches with Results: This metric shows searches that had matches but for which nothing was added to the cart.

sizes by frequency of occurrence.
The Top 10 Errors tag cloud displays the top ten inventory transaction errors with explanations by
