1. The proponent shall obtain Consent for Operation (CFO) from APPCB, as required Under
Section 25/26 of Water (P & C of P) Act, 1974 and under Sec 21/22 of the Air (P&C of P) Act,
1981, before commencement of the trail runs.
2. The applicant shall install or provide separate energy meters for Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
and Air Pollution Control equipments to record energy consumed. An alternative electric power
source sufficient to operate all pollution control systems shall be provided.
3. The proponent shall construct separate storm water drains and provide rain water harvesting
structures. No effluent shall be discharged in to the storm water drains.
SCHEDULE – B
1. The industry shall acquire an additional land of another 1.5 acres on Lease basis for utilization of
treated effluents for onland gardening purpose as the existing total area is only 1.1 acres which is
not adequate for utilization treated effluents.
OR
2. The industry shall install forced evaporation system for the treatment of RO rejects.
3. The industry shall not commission the plant without acquiring additional land of 1.5 acres for
utilization of treated effluents or providing of forced evaporation facility for the treatment RO
rejects. In case of failure, the CFE Order will be revoked without any further Notice and also
legal action will be initiated against the industry, as per the provisions of relevant acts.
Water
1. The source of water is Bore well and the maximum permitted water consumption is as
follows

Separate meters with necessary pipe-line shall be provided for assessing the quantity of water
used for each of the purposes mentioned below.
2. The maximum waste water generation shall not exceed the following: 22 KLD

3. The industry shall collect the RO Rejects generated from the RO Plant and after treatment
shall be utilized for onland for gardening and the domestic waste water generated shall be
disposed into septic followed by soak pit.
4. The effluent discharged shall not contain constituents in excess of the tolerance limits as
mentioned below:

5. The industry shall construct and commission the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) along with
the commissioning of the industry. All the units of the ETP shall be impervious to prevent
ground water pollution.
6. Suitable automatic flow measuring devices and monitoring equipment shall be installed at
appropriate points in consultation with Regional Officer, APPCB.
7. Floor washing shall be admitted into the effluent collection system only and shall not be
allowed to find their way in storm drains or open areas. The applicant shall maintain good
housekeeping both within the factory and in the premises. All pipe valves, sewers, and
drains shall be leak proof.
8. Effluents shall not be discharged into any water bodies or aquifers under any circumstances.
Air:
9. The proponent shall ensure compliance of the National Ambient Air quality standards
notified by MoE&F, GoI vide notification No.GSR 826 (E), Dt. 16.11.2009 during
construction and regular operational phase of the project at the periphery.
10. The generator shall be installed in a closed area with a silencer and suitable noise absorption
systems. The ambient noise level shall not exceed 75 dB (A) during day time and 70 dB (A)
during night time.
Solid/Hazardous Waste:
11. The proponent shall comply with the following:

General Conditions:
12. The industry shall submit the SSI registration obtained from the District Industries Center
(DIC) within one month.
13. The industry shall submit the ISI mark certification (BIS registration) within one month
which is mandatory for drinking water plants.
14. The industry shall submit the testing reports of the raw and pure water obtained from local
water testing laboratories or reports from BIS.
15. The industry shall obtain all necessary permissions from the Department of Ground water
supply for withdrawal of ground water for producing mineral water.
16. The industry shall not draw any surface water from Penna River or Uppu Vanka or any other
surface water body in the area without any permission from the concerned departments,
under any circumstances, in case of failure legal action may be initiated against the industry,
as per the provisions of relevant acts.
17. The industry shall use raw material as virgin plastics only i.e., preforms to manufacture pet
bottles and shall not use recycled plastic under any circumstances in the process. Any
violation of the condition the CFE order issued by the Board will be revoked without any
further notice.
18. The industry shall reuse the plastic waste back into the process or shall dispose to recycling
units.
19. The industry shall store the raw materials in closed shed and shall carryout entire
manufacturing activity under closed shed to avoid nuisance to the surroundings.
20. The industry shall not manufacture any products other than that mentioned in this Consent
Order without CFE of the Board.
21. The Industry shall establish appropriate rain water harvesting (RWH) structure / structures on
the available up-stream portion of the plant site. The industry can approach the State Ground
Water Authority, local Municipal/ Urban Development Authorities and even private
consultants to procure suitable design for these structures. If there is no land available in the
industry premises, RWH structures must be raised on the roofs of the Administrative Blocks
or such buildings where sudden leakages or moisture in the air would not affect the quality of
the process or product.
22. The industry shall develop thick greenbelt along the boundary of the industry and in the
vacant areas within the premises and greenbelt shall be developed in minimum 33% of the
total site area. Green belt development shall be started along with the construction activity.
23. Concealing the factual data or submission of false information / fabricated data and failure to
comply with any of the conditions mentioned in this order may result in withdrawal of this
order and attracts action under the provisions of relevant pollution control Acts.
24. Notwithstanding anything contained in this conditional letter or consent, the Board hereby
reserved to it the right and power under section 27 (2) of the Water (Prevention & Control of
Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 21 (4) of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution)
Act, 1981 to review any or all the conditions imposed herein above and to make such
alternation as deemed fit and stipulate any additional conditions or revoke the order in the
interest of environment protection.
25. Any person aggrieved with this order may within thirty days from the date on which the
order is communicated to him, prefer an appeal as per Andhra Pradesh Water Rules, 1976
and Air Rules 1982, to the Appellate Authority constituted under Section 28 of the Water
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 31 of the Air (Prevention and
Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
