Evaluators from surrounding schools observed the facilities and provided positive feedback, commending the preparation despite remote learning. The monitoring was extended until 1pm due to engaged participation. Awards were given to acknowledge efforts in maintaining a conducive learning environment.

    A positive working environment is a workplace that promotes employee safety, growth and
    goal attainment. These environments are most conducive to a successful workforce as they
    encourage employees to perform to their highest ability. Conducive work environment
    stimulates creativity of workers.

    In pursuant to School Memorandum No. 09 s. 2021 titled Office/Classroom Monitoring and


    Evaluation last October 07, 2021, the school geared on the preparedness of every office and
    classroom for the said monitoring and evaluation. This whole day activity was started by a
    program hosted by the admin office. The opening event was joined by all the evaluators
    coming from the different schools in the persons of Mr. Michelle Callao from Cebolin National
    High School, Mr. Oliver Dicang of Sta. Maria National High School, we were also joined by
    teacher-evaluators from Trento National High School, Sta. Maria National High School,
    Sinobong National High School. Other teachers of Cebolin National High School were also
    present to do classroom observation for effective benchmarking.

    The visitors were very attentive during the entire monitoring and evaluation that it was
    extended until 1pm. During the closing program, for the Feedbacking part, Ma’am Nora
    Canares shared her observations on office and Sir Michelle Callao also commend all the
    classrooms for the job well done preparation despite the unavailability of the face to face
    mode of learning. For the Response, Sir Venerando Descartin gave his words of gratitude to
    everyone. Sir Marlon Bajinting went expressing his response too in behalf of the Senior High
    School Department. Awarding followed right after.
