SCRIPT for DEBUT

(1) A Blessed day everyone and welcome to Paulyn’s 18th birthday celebration. I am Brother Daniel
Magno, and I will be your master of ceremonies for today’s event. We would like to thank everyone for
gracing this momentous occasion, as they say you only get to be 18 once that is why the parents and
family of our debutante make sure that this going to be a memorable one. But before we start may I
invite everyone to please stand for our opening prayer to be led by Brother Rodel Algordo.

(2) Please remain standing for the singing of our thanksgiving song to the Lord. May we ask
everyone to join in worshipping our Lord Jesus Christ.

(3) INTRO: We are gathered here tonight to see the transformation of a young girl to a beautiful
lady. This is quite a very important event in her life, and she is very much honored for your
presence. God has been faithful and true to the life of our sister who was able to grow up in the
message and word of the Lord. Let us all witness the goodness of God in today’s event.

(4) At this juncture, it is my honor to present to you the Gatmaitan family and let’s begin with Sis.
Maurine Gatmaitan the debutant’s younger sister, and of course her very sweet and loving
parents Brother Eric Gatmaitan and Sister. Sugar Gatmaitan.

(5) Welcome Message

The love of a family will always be God’s greatest blessing. They say, in life we can have several
friends, classmates, and social circles, but there is only one family who is always willing and ready to
welcome us no matter what. Before we proceed to the main part of the occasion, let us first give this
moment to the people who made all these a success: from the planning to the execution, for the foods,
up to the details of the party. Without these people, this event would not be possible. May I call in the
proud parents of our debutant Bro. Eric and Sis Sugar Gatmaitan, to share us their message to their
loving daughter.

(6) ENTRANCE OF THE DEBUTANT

Tonight, is a celebration of adulthood and a thanksgiving of the life God has given to our lovely
celebrant. Let us put our hands together, as we welcome the main highlight of this celebration, and as
she stepped into a higher level of life, Ladies and Gentlemen, Brethren, may I introduce to you the
debutant. Let us all welcome our dazzling lady of the night, Sis. Paulyn Gatmaitan.

To open tonight’s celebration, here’s a quick look of how this lovely, young lady came about.

(8) Kids Song Offering

At this point we will be entertained by a song offering from the kids’ department.

(9) Preaching of The Word of God

What makes this event significant and different is that we always acknowledge God in
everything that we do. As believers we put prime importance on the word of God. The word of
God said that in everything that we do we should acknowledge Him, and we should give praises
to God always. May I now call in our beloved servant of God, our Pastor, Pastor Diego Seniedo.

(10) Youth Song Offering

After the Kids, let us hear the song offering to the Lord by our Youth Department.

(11) Party Games (Who Knows The Debutant Better)

At this point, we will have a game to crack the ice. So I hope everyone will participate and have
fun too.

(12) 18 Roses

Like a pretty flower that attracts bees and butterflies, our debutante will be surrounded by 18
equally handsome and Godly gentlemen who will represent the debutant’s 18 ROSES. This
flower equates the traditional 18 roses during debuts. Starting off with:

of a perfect man and all the good virtues of a godly woman.

(20) Debutant Special Song and Message

Tonight’s celebration tells me that the best demonstration of gratitude in response to a


wonderful experience like this one can be contained in an overwhelming thank you. And if
there’s one person here tonight who is more than grateful to see all of you, that would be our
beloved celebrant. I’m giving the floor to our dear debutant as she renders us a song offering to
be followed by a message of gratitude and appreciation.

(21) Closing Prayer


We want to open and close this event with a prayer, thanking God for His provision, love, and
care. Join me us we give back to God all the glory and praises.

CLOSING: Thank you so much for attending this event. It is also our pleasure to be part of
this significant celebration of your life. Tonight, is not the end but the beginning of a longer road to
walk. We wish you nothing but the best that life can offer. Happy birthday again and for the guests enjoy
the rest of the NIGHT. Again, I AM YOUR HOST Brother Daniel SIGNING OFF.THANK U SO MUCH. God
