Dear Atty. Bontuyan and ERC ,

Good Day Attorney and to the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Body! I wrote this Letter for
applying and having your endorsement for the position of Energy Regulation Officer- 1 (ERO-1),
I chose ERC as a place to grow and develop my long term career as a Licensed Electrical
Engineer and Master Electrician. As of the moment, I am currently finishing my Postgraduate
studies of Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) at UC-Banilad School of Law just right across the office
of ERC Cebu, Visayas approximately 2-3 min walk. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering degree at University of San Carlos-Talamban Campus(USC-TC). I Intend to stick for
the long term in ERC and apply all relevant knowledge I have learned in my Electrical
Engineering Degree particularly about EPIRA (RA 9136), New Electrical Engineering law(7920),
Instrumentation, Power system Computation, and Energy Pricing Regulation. I currently reside
at San Vicente Village Subdivision, Mandaue City, Cebu,6014 approximately 20-25 min drive
away from the office of ERC Cebu-Visayas Banilad.

If Given a Chance to be part of the ERC Family, I promise to dedicate a portion of my Life to
Public Service by protecting the interest of the Consumers by promoting the general welfare of
the public through proper regulation in having affordable and sustainable Electrical Energy.
Consequently, An improved quality of life is achieved.
