RPA Developer Hands on Assessment

The objective of this assessment is evaluate understanding on RPA framework.

In order to get started, please follow the below instructions.

1. Go to Uipath website and sign up using your id.


2. Download and install the latest UiPath Community Edition (you can find how to install
instructions from below link :

3. In order to understand more about Uipath, you can refer below trainings:

4. Once you have understanding about Uipath please create sample project which shows below
steps done via Uipath.

Important Note: Use UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework and all static value must be read from an
excel file, ConfigFramework.xlsx (Example of static value: URL, Internal Name, External Name, email, file
name).

Step Description
1.1 Open the https://www.rpasamples.com
1.2 Access to the Supplier Management System
1.3 Select New Supplier
1.4 Key in below details:
 Internal Name (Your full name)
 External Name (Any nick name)
 Upload your photo from Add File
 Choose Industry Education
1.5 Check if Recurrent Supplier box is uncheck, check the box.
1.6 From Date, based on today’s date select 43 days back.
1.7 Link HR Manager (From right side)
1.8 Save the record.
2.1 Search you name based on External Name
2.2 Take screen shot from your browser.
2.3 Sent taken screen shot by email to [email protected]
3.1 Download report from Export CSV, Save as and Name it by your full name + today’s date and
time with (yyyy-mm-dd) format
3.2 Read downloaded CSV file.
3.3 Remove any duplicate records
3.4 Write to Excel file based on Industry in different sheet
Once you have completed the assessment, please zip the solution file and sent it via email to
[email protected]

You are expected to present the solution during the interview session and please cover below point
during interview session:

 How the process can be improved to execute faster compare to the current one?
 Explore and share what kind of exception handling can be implemented in the process
