D. How ICT can be used to help local community problems/issues? Cite example of
community problems/issues and how will you use ICT in solving or helping to solve the
particular said issues/problems.

There are lots of community problems and issues that our country is dealing with right now.
Teenage pregnancy, poverty, equality, human rights, corruption, this pandemic,
environmental problems and many more. Technology can help us to solve this issues in many
ways. For instance, we’re talking about poverty. With data gathered from variety of sources,
we can help in spreading information and awareness. I think we can eliminate poverty by
using technology to create jobs, to offer international and local jobs for those people who are
jobless. Entrepreneurs in remote and difficult to access locations can use technology to
promote their businesses. There are online charity sites that allows people to donate money,
foods and materials for those people who aren’t supported by our government. Technology is
also an effective way to get our voices heard by the local government, so that they can pay
more attention and come up with solutions to this problem.
