to our registered email address and this invoice number needs to be used to punch an
order

CASH COLLECTION PROCESS
Bank Transfer Receipt
Step 1: To generate BTR for the cash collected, Sales team needs to deposit the cash
in the mentioned account number by visiting the bank.

Bank Account Number IFSC Code

Step 2: Click on the "Add Txn" button on the Bank Transfer tab on the payment portal.

Step 3: Fill the form with customer information and Select "Cash via Bank Deposit".
Please note that BTR also is used for NEFT/IMPS/UPI/Cheque as highlighted in image
below.
Step 4: In the form, you will have to upload the bank deposit challan image so that the
finance team can verify the payment in the company's account which will help in order
confirmation.

Step 5: BTR Reference ID will be generated and using the same, an order can be
punched. Reference ID generated has the template as BTRXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Step 6: Any order punched with BTR ID will move as a "NOT CONFIRMED" order and
only once the finance team verifies a legitimate transaction, they will confirm the order.

Step 7: In case, the finance team is not able to verify the transaction, they will request
to reupload the deposit slip (or in case the deposit slip image is not legible). You will be
able to see such requests in BTR transaction status in the payment portal.

To see the request, click on the History tab and you can see the status and action
needed for all non-reconciled cases.

To reiterate, Bank Transfer Receipt (BTR) can be used similarly for

NEFT/IMPS/UPI/Cheque transactions as well.
