    AN EXCERPTS OF THE CONSULTATIVE LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE MEETING OF THE GENERAL
    PARENTS-TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION ON THE STATUS AND PLANS FOR THE UNSERVICEABLE
    SCHOOL VEHICLE, HELD ON NOVEMBER 29,2021.
    A RESOLUTION TO COSULT AND SEEEK APPROVAL TO THE PAST GPTA OFFICIALS AND SCHOOL
    ADMINISTRATOR WHO WERE INSTRUMENTAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SCHOOL VEHICLE
    IN 2018 RECOMMENDING THE PUBLIC AUCTION OF THE SAID VEHICLE WITH A BASELINE OF
    50K WHICH WILL SERVE AS A SEED MONEY IN PURCHASING SLIGHTLY- USED PICKUP FOR THE
    SCHOOL.
    WHEREAS, the school vehicle described as TOYOTA TAMARAW, Model 1995, Engine No. 5K-
    1242485, Serial/Chassis No. KF50-911219, Plate No. UCG707, has been junked for more than
    two years after it has been found of mechanical, and electrical defects and the said vehicle now
    needs refurbishing;
    WHEREAS, the said vehicle is no longer fitting for its normal operation and that it would put the
    lives of the passengers in danger;
    WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the teachers 15 (yes for auction) out of 17 or 88.23
    percent and 100 percent yes for auction from the incumbent GPTA officials present during the
    consultative meeting, the said school vehicle was recommended for public auction with a
    baseline of 50K.
    WHEREAS, school vehicle continuously depreciates and it is not operational.
    WHEREFORE, IN UNANIMOUS ACCORD OF ALL THE MEMBERS PRESENT IN THE VIRTUAL
    MEETING, BE IT;
    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO CONSULT AND SEEK THE APPROVAL OF THE PAST
    2018 GPTA OFFICIALS AND THE PAST ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SCHOOL WHO WERE
    INSTRUMENTAL IN THE PURCHASE OF THE SAID VEHICLE AND TO OPEN IT FOR PUBLIC
    AUCTION.

    FURNISHED OF A PHOTOCOPY THAT PROVES SAID AMOUNT OF 50K IS BEING DEPOSITED AS A SEED
