Title: Philippians 4:13 Really Means: Expository

This document provides a summary of Psalms 37:4. It begins by introducing the verse and its context, noting it was written by King David to encourage trusting in God rather than anxiety. The body then examines different aspects of the verse: 1) It defines what it means to "delight" in the Lord through worship, prayer, God's word and fellowship. 2) It explains how to delight in the Lord by bending toward and taking pleasure in Him. 3) It concludes that if one delights in the Lord, He will fulfill the desires of their heart by shaping them to His will and promises. Overall, the document encourages finding joy in God's presence rather than problems.
