compete with other companies in this market. To
produce budgetary bands under Rs3000 using
Samsung’s software technology and Belkin’s hardware
and other raw materials.

The target audience would be 18-40
* The market plan would be to spread awareness of new fitness bands using different
marketing strategies and find new ways to improve brands and services.
MERGER & ACQUISITION
Puma observed a decrease in the sale of the brand’s
OBJECTIVE online product PumaTrac app. Puma then decided to
invest more in modern core technologies so that
Athletes and Tech-savvy people keep track of their
health. Fitbit is the premium brand in the wearable
technology industry and has long been one of the best
fitness trackers, but it lacks the coolness and
convenience of a bona fide smartwatch.
This M&A will benefit global retailers, including puma
and Fitbit, to come with a new product globally.
