    Dear Mary,

    I am following up on your emails and voicemails in response to my August 18, 2022


    letter. I have forwarded your correspondence to my client, and the purpose of this letter is to
    inform you, to the extent it was not clear before, that LiFEBoat Services has thoroughly
    investigated your allegations and has determined they are unfounded. To be clear, this
    determination is that of the Board of Directors, not Executive Director Osarch Orak individually.
    The Board of Directors approaches all allegations of improper conduct, whether by staff or by
    program participants, with the utmost seriousness, and did so in response to your allegations.
    This is not a case of LiFEBoat burying its head in the sand in hopes this “goes away.” Rather,
    the allegations were taken seriously and investigated, but did not flesh out.

    This is LiFEBoat’s final word to you on this matter. Further, please know that I am no
    longer authorized by my client to communicate with you on this subject and will not be
    responding to emails or voicemails.
