Multi Speciality Hospital: Mr. Nishant

This document is a medical test report for a stomach health panel. The patient, a 25-year-old male, reported acid reflux symptoms but no use of PPI medications or frequent NSAIDs. Biomarker tests measured pepsinogen levels, the pepsinogen I/II ratio, gastrin levels, and an H. pylori antibody test. The results indicate chronic gastritis likely caused by H. pylori infection, as the antibody test was positive. The panel provides a non-invasive way to diagnose upper gastrointestinal diseases like H. pylori infection or non-H. pylori gastritis based on gastric biomarker levels.
