Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the forum of today. First, I would like to
thank to all of the audience in front of
me. Thank you very much for attending the forum for today.

Our issue for today is “_____________________________________”. First of all, let me


introduce to all of you our panels for today. On my right is ___________________, a student
from ________________. Next to her/him is __________________, a student from
__________________ and at the end of the corner is ____________________ from
_______________________. Welcome to our forum for today.

I hope all of you are in pink of health.

Ladies and gentleman,

As well all know, stress is a normal physical response to events that make us feel pressured
and threatened which could upset our balance in some way. It is also known as mental
pressure. From a perspective, stress among community is worsening. What causes stress
among our community and how do we prevent this situation from getting worse? Today we
are trying to solve the issues together by sharing beneficial and interesting idea and thought,
which will be delivered by our panelists.

I am sure that every one of us has our own opinion and thought with this topic. Without
wasting time, let’s hear the opinion on our title from our Panel 1.

PANEL 1:
Thank you, Miss Chairperson. A very good morning to all the panelists and the audiences.
I’m so glad to be one of the guests here.
As we all know, stress can be defined as a real or imagined imbalance between the demands
on the individual and his or her ability to meet those demands. If you’re constantly under
stress, you can have physical symptoms such as headaches, upset stomach, high blood
pressure and can also lead to emotional problems, depression, and other forms of anxiety.

Many causes of stress can have a negative impact on individuals including


1- Being bullied
2- Overworking and having too much responsibility
3- Difficulty in school @ at work
4- Increase in financial commitments

When discussing about the causes of stress in the community, one thing that comes into my
mind is bullying. Bullying can be in many aspects such as verbal bullying which include
name calling, insulting and other verbal abuse. On top of that, physical bully is also common
among our community. It could happen in any places such as at work, school and even at
home. Physical bullying involves actions like kicking, hitting, and punching which could hurt
another person. Lastly, I would like to generally talk about cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is
very much popular in this modern era since the young generation uses Internet or technology
as the main mean of communication. However, it could also lead to cyberbullying when they
misused the technology by harassing or making online threats on social media such as
Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp.

Financial problem is also one of the common causes in an individual. When one is having
financial problems, he or she tends to live in a perpetual state of stress. Having too much
responsibility and financial commitments can also make one life difficult hence lead to stress.

Besides, overworking can also be a cause of stress especially when you fail to meet the
demand. Overworking can be stressful enough, but most people are more concerned with
their performance at work as their own mental health.

What can we do to overcome this issue? Can you explain it to us?
