Blessings! 

This is to convey our gratitude to SPAC for the unstinted support to the programs of the Student Council
of the Academy Cluster. With the ultimate aim of furthering the holistic development of the students, the
Academy Officers together with the teachers are requesting to hold a Student Orientation and
Acquaintance Program on August 15, 2022 (Monday).

The proposed activity aimed at hitting the following objectives:

III. SAFETY PROTOCOL

a. Students must line up outside the gate with at least 1 meter between them and wash
their hands at the hand washing station. There will be two hand washing stations.
b. Their temperature will be taken when they enter the gate, and they must then display
their vaccination card. After that, they will be given an alcohol bottle.
c. Students should always wear masks and have their alcohol bottles with them when
they go out or being with others.
d. They should always keep a space of at least one meter between them wherever they
go.
e. Students should sit in their allotted seats at all times during programs/ worship and
should never switch seats.

IV. GENERAL GUIDELINES

a. Attendees should be identified working faculty of SPAC Academy Department A.Y. 2022-2023.
b. Attendees should be enrolled students of SPAC Academy Department A.Y. 2022-2023
c. All students and teachers must still adhere to safety protocols.
d. All students and teachers will be encouraged to participate in all activities given.
e. All students and teachers are expected to be in the college gymnasium as early as 12:45 PM.
Attendance will close at 1:30 PM.
f. All students can wear any appropriate casual attire. The following clothing are prohibited and
further violates the school’s dress code:
g. All students will proceed to gymnasium for checking of attendance and go to their assigned seats.

For Ladies:
i. NO wearing of sleeveless.
ii. NO wearing of mini skirts.
iii. NO wearing of shorts.
iv.
v. NO wearing of any jewelry.
vi. NO wearing of see-through clothing.
vii. NO wearing of ripped jeans.
viii. NO wearing of cropped tops.
b. For Men:
i. NO wearing of sleeveless.
ii. NO wearing of shorts.
iii. NO wearing of any jewelry.
iv. NO wearing of see-through clothing.
v. NO wearing of ripped Jeans.
vi. NO wearing of flipflops/slippers.
2. All students must observe school policies and adhere to rules and regulations set by the council.
3. All students may sit anywhere they want until the 5-minute groupings portion of the program.
Kindly refer to the timeline above. 
4. All attendees are responsible to their own litter.
5. All student government officers will keep an eye on the student body all throughout the event. 
6. All lost of student’s property/ies will not be accounted to the officer’s responsibility, unless
reasoned otherwise. Thus, we encourage everyone not to bring any valuable things (i.e. money) if
not necessary. 

IV. SPECIFIC GUIDELINES


A.  Instructions
1. Groupings:
There will be 6 groups during the program. All attendees will be allocated to
respective groups upon filling of attendance and will then proceed to their assigned areas
during the 5-minute grouping portion of the program. There will be an expected number
of 100 members per group, excluding the teachers. 
2. Attendance and Identification:
All attendees will be given wristbands upon filling of attendance in identifying as
to what grade level they classify. Refer below for the color-coding of wristbands:
Grade 7 - Green Freshmen
Grade 8 - Yellow Rookies
Grade 9 - Blue Novice
Grade 10 - Red Sophomores
Grade 11 - Pink Juniors
Grade 12 - Orange Seniors
3. Photo Booth:
After filling of attendance, students may then proceed to our stationed photo
booths where they will be given a 2-minute session of photoshoot. Attendees will be
provided a white board and pen to write on, and they may include it during their session.
Each session has only a maximum of 3 takes.

C. Activities/Presentations
1. Group Presentation
In this part of the program, each group will present their cheer presentation once
called.

2. Open Mic
In this part, we give students the opportunity to volunteer and perform on
center-stage. They may sing, say a poetry, do stand up comedy, etc., as long as it involves
with a microphone. The committee will only entertain 6 performers, with each having a
maximum of 4 minutes to present. 

TAKE NOTE:
  All performers must still adhere to school policies. Thus, vulgar,
inappropriate, and foul presentations are strictly prohibited. 
 All performers must be careful of the words they let out or sing and in
any way should not offend any classified group or organization  (i.e.
social class, race, sex, indegenous groups, companies, etc.)
 Performers are discouraged to bring up any controversial and heated
conversations to the stage. 
 Note that all offenses will be taken into serious action by the academy
supervising committee. 

3. Line Up
Divide the players into groups of 6 to 9 persons. At the signal, the groups must
line up in order alphabetically by their first or last names, or line up by height or age, weight or shoe size.

Facebook Frames: 
Frames will be opened to all bona fide and enrolled students of SPAC. Teachers will be
encouraged to use the frames, as well. Captions will be provided which will state the student’s name and
grade level. 

Poster:
The official poster will be posted in our Facebook pages. If suggested, we may further on adding
other details such as sneak peaks in the same or separate page. 

Wristbands:
Wristbands will be color-coded based on the grade level. Kindly refer to the specific guidelines
section for further details.
