The relationship of confusion and information is inverted bell curve. TMI (too much information)
paradox. If you have very little information you feel confused. If we are confused, our brain tells us, go
get some information for me. So, we start to research. The more we know about the given topic, the
more confident we feel the decision about it.
Tipping point – questioning your own knowledge until you get confuse and you make unable to make a
decision.
Too much information and have little information are pretty much the same.
Choice overload problem – If there are many choices, we like to look at it but we feel overwhelmed
2. Timing – the older we get, the more we know. We take decision at the early stage of our lives.
