1. National Openings: - The Steps will be followed for National Openings:-

I. Firstly, Priti will update all the National Openings in the New All Openings
Sheet on a Regular Basis. The Link is given below:-

II. After that, the Employment Coordinator(Head Office) will update these
openings in Sarthak Opening Dashboard Sheet. The Link is given below:-

In this sheet, the Employment Coordinator(Head Office) will update all the
openings in National Openings by Priti Khurana Sub-Sheet. And IT Related
Jobs would update in the CAMPUS CONNECT Opening Sub Sheet on very next
day before 11 o Clock.
III. Now, the next Step is to take follow up with the Employer and get all the
details regarding the openings such as

1. Company Address(Location)
2. Disability
3. Qualification
4. Salary
5. Accessibility
6. Need to share CVs or Any Tracker Format
7. How many Openings for a Particular Location
Share all the Information with Center Managers so that they can find suitable
candidates for the respective Openings.
IV. All the openings should be posted on Rojgar Sarathi on a Regular Basis.
Recently, we have added two new Columns to National Openings by Priti
Khurana and Campus Connect Openings, i.e. (User ID and Password of
Rojgar Sarathi), so that anybody can use the credential of Rojgar Sarathi. If
the employer is not registered then Create New Credential and update the
details in the Sheet. Some of the Previous Credential has been Updated in
Rozgar Sarathi Employer Google Sheet. The Link is given below:-

V. Next Step is to update all the National Openings in Center Employment


Dashboard with Opening shared date, Lineup shared Date, and Remarks.

All the Lineups should be considered in Rojgar Sarathi Also. The Lineups
should be received from the respective centers within 2 to 3 days and shared
to employer by Email. And update all the status of Lineups in Google Sheets
and Rojgar Sarathi on Priority Basis.
VI. Take the Follow Up on a Regular Basis by Email, WhatsApp Message, and
Text message. It plays a Vital Role in Closure.
VII. For the Placement Validation, Registered Email Confirmation, Offer Letter,
and Working Pic should be considered.

2. State Openings:- The Steps will be followed for State Openings:-

I. All the Center-generated Local Openings would be updated by the Center


Managers in Center Opening Sheet. The Link is given below:-

II. After Updation, the Employment Coordinator will verify that Employer by
saying thanks for the shared Openings and discuss the Direct Hiring and
company Details. Make Sure Our Way should be very polite and gentle towards
the employers. It can build a good relationship for the future.
III. We will not be considered the Consultants and other NGOs Openings. Don’t
Share any Candidate Data without discussing with the Operation Head-(Mr.
Tarun Bansal) to any NGO and Consultant.
IV. After the Verification Process, the next step is that Update all the Job Post and
Lineups should in Rojgar Sarathi by the Center Managers. If the Employer is
new, register it.
V. Update All the center Openings in Center Employment Dashboard by
Employment Coordinator. The Link is given Below:-

VI. Take the Follow Up on a Regular Basis by Email, WhatsApp Message, and Text
message. It plays a Vital Role in Closure.
VII. For the Placement Validation, Registered Email Confirmation, Offer Letter, and
Working Pic should be considered.
VIII. Employment Coordinator will push the Center Managers and Regional
Managers to update all the Lineups status in Rojgar Sarathi Also.

3. NEG (New Employment Generation):- For the NEG, the following steps should
be followed:-
I. All center managers will outreach the new employers by using the Job Portal
and find out the suitable job for the candidates and update the State
Outreach Sheet on regular basis. The link is given below:-

II. If the suitable job will match according to our Candidate Preference
Parameters such as (Location, Job Role, Disability, Qualification, and Salary
wise). Then it will consider a new employment generation.
III. Next step is to register this employer in Rojgar Sarathi and do the lineups and
job post.
IV. Employment Coordinator from Head Office will verify this employer with all
the aspects such as direct hiring, company details, and opening details then
update this employer in the Unconverted Sheet. The link of the unconverted

Fill all the details to the respective center NEG.


V. In the Rojgar Sarathi, there are 3 columns that need to be updated i.e. Center
Name, Employer Type and Mobilization Type. The employment Coordinator
will update this information during the verification process. For instance, if
the NEG is created by the Ludhiana center and employer is Local, then the
value would be:-
Center Name:-Ludhiana
Employer Type:-Local/State
Mobilization type:-New

If the employer is existing, then the values would be updated as:-

Center Name:-Ludhiana
Employer Type:-Local/State
Mobilization type:-Existing

If the Employer is not responding and consultant, then the employment


Coordinator can reject the Employer Profile.
VI. Make Sure all the lineups, job post will be done in Rojgar Sarathi. Center
manager will add the credential details(User Name and Password) in the
Center Opening Sub sheet.
VII. After the lineups, the follow up should be strong by the center manager and
employment coordinator so that we can close this position.
VIII. Once the candidate will hired against the job post, the next step for
employment coordinator is to update the unconverted employer into State
converted employer sheet. The Link is given below:-

IX. The Employment Coordinator will verify this placement through the orgzit,
email conversation or can verify from the employer and also update the offer
letter or salary slip in the Rojgar Sarathi.
X. Need to share the thanks mail to the employer for the future openings.
XI. For the NEG, We can follow the the Employment Resource sheet.

4. Rojgar Sarathi:- All the job post, employer register, and lineups will be under the
guidance and supervision of the employment coordinator. There are two types of
openings generated:-
 National Openings
 State Openings
I. National Openings:- For the National Openings, all the openings
should be register on Rojgar Sarathi on Regular Basis. This will be
done by Employment Coordinator. The following steps would be
followed:-
 The First Step is to Click on Register Now. The Screenshot is
given below:-

 When we will click on Register Now, next page will display on


the screen. The Screenshot is given below:-
 We need to click on Click Here Option. Then the Next Page will
display. The Screenshot is given below:-
 We need to fill all the Registration Form and submit it. Once you
will submit this details, it will take 5 minute for the Activation.
After 5 Minute you need to login the register user id and
password and complete the company Profile. The Screenshot is
given below:-

 When you will login the Employer detail then the next step is to
complete the company profile. The screenshot is given:-
 After submitting this detail, the registered employer will be in
review and needs approval from the employment Coordinator.
For the National Openings the Employer Type should be
National, Skill Center will be Head Office and Mobilization
Type could be New/existing.

 The Employment Coordinator will login his profile from the


admin user name and password. Then, go to manage stakeholders
and manage employers and approve the employer. The Screen
shoot shown below:-
 After the Approval, Employment Coordinator will create the Job.
Firstly login the Profile then create the job. The screenshot is
given below:-
Need to fill all the Basic Information against the Job and then click on Create button.
Once you will create the Job, then the next step is to publish that job.
 If some details updated wrongly you can edit that job post. For
this firstly we need to unpublished that job post then we can edit
the fields. After editing, the same steps will be followed.
 If we need to update the status of the candidates profiles such as,
rejected, Shortlisted, waitlisted, and Hired we need to goto
Manage Applications and update the status of the lineup
Candidates.
 If we need to download the List of applied Candidates then go to
View Applications.
 For the Interview Schedule, firstly we need to shortlisted that
particular candidate and set all the details of the interview
Schedule such as Interview Date, Time, Online/Offline. If the
Online Interview will be schedule then we need to share the
Google meet Link and for Offline we need to share the Interview
Location. All the information will reflect to the candidate.
 If we need to check the offer Letter of the selected Candidate,
need to go to View Offer Letters.
 If we need to update the employer Profile like HR Details, Phone
number, company details then go to Update Profiles.
2. State Openings: - Same Procedure will follow for state Openings. But the
Employment Coordinator will update the Employer Type as a State/ Local and Skill
center according to the center wise and mobilization type as a NEW/Existing.
5. Job Fair:- All the 3 Job Fair details are submitted to Tarun Sir. For the
1. Firstly, Job Fair Details Should be published in Social Media Platform. The Template

2. Secondly, Contact all the National employers to participate in the Job Fair and post
the Job in Rojgar Sarathi. All the center managers will approach all the Local Employers
for the participation. All the entries should be register in rojgar Sarathi under the Job Fair
Event.

6. Monday Weekly Review Report:- In the Monday Review Report, the employment
Coordinator will prepare the weekly Report. There are 5 Sheets, he/she needs to
maintain. These are:-

II. NEG Dashboard
III. Opening and Closing Dashboard
IV. Center Visit Sheet
V. Regional Manager Report

Employment Coordinator will maintain all the details and present this sheet on Monday
review Call and submit these sheets to Mr. Manish (MIS Officer) on Saturday before 5 o
clock.
I. Detail Description Sheet: - In this sheet, all the national and center openings
Closures will update on regular basis with respective Center. There are 7
Parameters against the openings CWP (Candidate with Placement), CCR
(Closed Candidate Rejected), CCNA (Closed Candidate Not Available),
Employer not responding, In Process, Hold, and Closed by Employer. Need to
update the status against each opening and maintain the record monthly with the
respective center.
II. NEG Dashboard: - In this Sheet, Weekly NEG would be updated with the
respective Center. Need to fill in how many NEG Generated, Unconverted, and
Converted?
III. Opening and Closing Dashboard:-In this Sheet, Weekly National, State, NEG,
Center Visit, and Placement including (Self Placement) should be updated.
IV. Center Visit Sheet:- In this sheet, need to fill center visit details of center
managers. Need to follow this sheet:-

V. Regional Manager Report:- In this report, the employment Coordinator will
find out the defaulter Names by Calculating: No National Openings, No State
Openings, No Center Visit, Placement Less than 5, No NEG, No NEG
Conversion.
7. Daily Review Call:- In this report, the employment Coordinator will
create the report on a daily basis. In this Call, we need to cover 1.
 Daily Outreach,
 Outreach with complete information,
 Today’s visit,
 Today’s NEG,
 Today’s Placement,
 Weekly Placement,
 Backlog,
 FY(2022-2023) Number of trainees registered in Rojgar Sarathi,

8. Meetings:- On a Weekly Basis, Accenture conduct meeting with the
Vendor. One on Tuesday and another one is on Friday. They are using 3
portal to submit the details.
