I am writing this letter request to inform you that I am a newly


appointed Public Attorney I assigned in Gamay District Office, Gamay,
Northern Samar. I assumed office on August 1, 2022 and as a public
attorney, I am tasked to represent, assist and counsel indigent litigants of
the Municipality of Lapinig in all criminal, civil, labor, administrative or
other quasi-judicial cases.

In view of this, I humbly and respectfully request that I be given


the same benefits/allowances extended by the Municipality of Lapinig,
Northern Samar to the public attorneys assigned within the Municipality.
