Accomplishment Report On Reading

This document discusses challenges faced by Nueva Gracia Elementary School in distributing and collecting learning modules under the remote learning modality during the COVID-19 pandemic. It notes difficulties parents had in assisting children with modules due to lack of internet, time, finances, and knowledge. As a result, many students returned incomplete modules. To address this, the teacher provided additional time for modules, adapted activities to students' levels, and did frequent follow-ups. This strategy helped achieve 100% distribution and collection.

CHALLENGES DURING GETTING AND RETREIVING OF

MODULES

One of the studies conducted in remote areas upon their Learning Modality, Modular found out that internet
connection, time and financial needs, absence of knowledge in answering the modules, lack of modulation time and
finance for transportation and other educational expenses have impact on the learning process of the learners.

In our present situation today, where in staying in our houses was the best option, learning is not as same as
when they are in school. They are forced to study on their own, using the materials available in their environment.
When the department of Education offers the Modular modalities in learning the first question was” What would be the
impact of this modalities to the parents? Since they become the main helpers of the learners. The first week of
distribution runs smoothly, but as the time goes by, parents are starting to refused in getting or retrieving the modules.
It was also found out that most of the learners returned their modules without answered. The output of the learners are
un appreciable. There activity performance shows they are experiencing decreased in learning.

To prevent the continuing low performance of the learners. The teacher creates a strategy that will help the
parents in accomplishing the modules of their children. Learners are provided additional time in answering their
modules, they are also given activity sheets that are revised to the level the learner intellectual capability. In constant
follow-up, learners are able to cope up with their modules in the given time. We have reached 100% of our distributions
and retrieval using the said strategy.
