About Us
GODZILLA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LTD is a company with its head office in Yenagoa, Bayelsa
State and is in operation in Nigeria.
GODZILLA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LTD was established in 2021 and it’s a general
contractor, offering construction services in terms of Site Analysis, Feasibility Studies,
Preliminary Design Studies, Permit/zoning Applications etc. We handle various industrial,
distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, recreational, healthcare and commercial projects for
private or government establishment.
GODZILLA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LTD will continue to strive towards becoming a complete
multi-disciplinary practice offering our clients and partners the specialist individual attention
and solution required by an ever-changing project environment. GODZILLA PROJECT
DEVELOPMENT LTD sees team works on every project as the key success elements and it’s
responsible for creating this environment. The over-all project manager is duty-bound ensuring
efficient and regular communication to all stakeholders at all levels.
In order to best serve its valued customers, GODZILLA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LTD operates
a regional and branch network countrywide.

Our Policy
The management of GODZILLA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LTD shall be directly involved in
effective implementation of set policies and objectives. These it shall do via;
· Communicating Policies and objectives statement to all staff involved at different
levels of job operations in a way they will easily understand.
· Mandating all staff working in the establishment to know his/her role in carrying out
specific tasks and policies.
· Renewal of these policies and objectives periodically to ensure their continuity and
suitability in building design and road construction Contract Services and safe
environment upkeep.
· Periodic setting of operational goals and targets for the performance/evaluation of
the staff.
· Application of internal control measures & strict supervision to ensure compliance
with regulatory and legislative standards/ codes of practice.
· Documentation of processes activities and results for performance appraiser and
corrective measure implementation.

order to ensure its independence, we have also developed a partnership principle which
enables effective team working for optimum organizational work output.
In summary, GODZILLA does not accept donations that are dependent on policies set by
others. The board ensures that funding does not condition Godzilla’s priority setting,
mission, messages or any other activities relative to service delivery output.
GODZILLA will only partner with companies and organizations of high standing and
reputation. All partnerships must be transparent to GODZILLA and its membership, its key
stakeholders, as well as to prospective partners and donors.
