I. INTRODUCTION
EPP/TLE is a life-skills curriculum offered at the intermediate school level. Others have
dismissed this as a minor topic to study, yet it plays a critical function in our society,
particularly at these time of epidemic. As a teacher, we must have a thorough grasp of the
subject's competencies in order to assist our students in improving their knowledge and

abilities, as well as how they will use these skills in the real world. Agriculture, Home
Economics, Industrial Arts, and Information and Communication
As a result, every learner should be included in a contextualized and genuine teaching-

learning process by the instructor. Unlike other subjects taught in school, EPP/TLE is a topic in
which students learn best through a technique known as "learning by doing." It combines
concepts, skills, and values so that learners may internalize and later apply and develop what
they've learned for the benefit of themselves, their families, and the communities to which they
belong, and to be successful in whatever activity they undertake in the near future.
This pandemic period has been particularly difficult for us because we have had to
switch from our usual face-to-face classes to a distance learning mode in order to keep teaching
and learning going while ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved in the delivery of
basic education services. Apart from modules, EPP/TLE teachers employed learning activities
and performance tasks to guarantee that the learners' Most Essential Learning Competencies
(MELCs) were satisfied.
II. BEST PRACTICES
1. Send Learning Activity Sheets every Friday (Grades IV-VI) in the group chat
2. Joined EPP/TLE quarterly meeting with the Via google meet
3. On-time submission of EPP/TLE report
4. Adopted the Project 100 (Grade IV-Ornamental, Grade V-Vegetables, Grade VI-Trees)
5. Launched the Project Quarant Plantitas/Plantitos
6. Participated in the Division webinar in EPP/TLE
