Typically this appt setting is most effective when you’re doing social media marketing simultaneously.

Because it is all organic... So, we are helping a couple clients get set up with this with the help of hiring a

1. Where are they based?


All based from the Philippines.

2. Are they ready to go on day one or do they need additional training for me? Ie is there a ramp up
period until they’re ready to produce?
-We have put them all through a one month in-depth training and so they are well versed with lead
generation and prospecting on socials, however, there is always an adjustment period whenever you're
onboarding a new team member (usually a couple of months)

We have scripts/frameworks/processes/SOPs etc all provided.


- We have set weekly KPI's for the first month for the social sellers.
- Once fully pledged & your messaging script & flow is down packed with them, expect 5-10appts/wk for
20hrs part time, and 10-20appts/week for full time 40 hr.

3. Do they have a set rate they work for or is it a negotiable thing?


-Hourly rates are set, depending on the person, it will be $8-$10/hr.

Our Social Sellers are responsible for looking for your target leads or prospects.

They go join as many groups as possible to find your Ideal Customer Avatar then they start engaging
with them, adding them, and starting conscious conversations. Once they have built a relationship and
identified that the lead they are talking to qualifies your criteria, then they offer your services and book
the call if the lead is interested.

It will be up to you to close or land the client during your Discovery or Sales Calls

For this campaign to work, clients should be willing to let our Social Sellers use their FB/IG or LinkedIn
accounts. They will be reaching out to people as you or the client. It helps because the leads trust you
more and most likely are willing to book a call.

You should also have scripts already available and proven to book appointments when you were using
them.
Hiya Phil, our Social Sellers program is doing well but there are some important factors that should be
in place to guarantee a consistent booking of appointments.

First, all of our clients should be willing to let their Social Sellers use their own accounts. It will be
more credible and effective if the Social Sellers will be reaching out to people as let's say "Phil" since
you are the brand and the one offering your amazing services.

Second, you should already have effective scripts available that have proven to book calls or
appointments.

It would be difficult for our Social Sellers to book appointments if you, yourself cannot do them.

Third, our Social Sellers know what to do, they will just need guidance from you since it is your brand
and they are new to the services or products that you are offfering.

We often give them an adjustment period of 45 days before you can really see consistent bookings.

Generally an hourly rate. Starts at $7.80 an hr.. but can reduce this depending on how many hours you
