1 General
1.1 This specification covers the surface preparation, materials and coating application
requirements for coating the fabricated steel and appurtenances of NCSC Cranes.

该规格书包括 NCSC 起重设备中的钢结构及附件涂装的表面处理,原料和涂料施工要


求.

1.2 The coating system is complied with the International standard ISO 12944 Protective Paint
System, corrosively category C4 – for coastal or industrial environment. This coatings system
expected service durability class high.

该油漆配套是严格按照国际标准 ISO 12944 防护油漆配套,环境腐蚀等级 C4(用于海


洋和工业环境)来制订的。该油漆配套预期的耐腐蚀等级为高级。

1.3 The color of finish coating is to be in accordance with the owner’s requirement, while that of
primer and intermediate coating shall be up to manufacturer’s availability.

面漆颜色按照业主要求来选定,而底漆和中间漆的颜色则根据油漆制造商的实际情况

而定.

Painting and corrosion protection shall be in accordance with the following codes and
standards:

3 Primary surface preparation & Shop Primer(In Pre-treatment Plant)

预处理和底漆预涂
3.1 Prior to abrasive blast cleaning of the steel, remove oil and grease and other contamination
with a suitable detergent of solvent according to SSPC SP1 “Solvent cleaning”.

在对钢结构进行磨料喷砂前,必须用合适的溶剂擦洗表面的油脂和其它污染物,以达

到 SSPC SP1“溶剂清洗”的要求.

3.2 Abrasive blasting to Sa 2 ½ according to ISO 8501-1, the abrasive must be capable of
developing a surface profile to R y5 50-85microns or ISO 8503-1 Medium Grade.

按照 ISO 8501-1 Sa2 ½ 的要求对其进行喷砂处理,磨料必须可以形成 50-85um 的表面粗

糙度或者达到 ISO 8503-1 中等等级.

3.3 The shop primer(Inorganic zinc silicate primer) should be applied immediately after
blasting on the automatic line. The dry film shall be 25 microns.

底漆预涂,必须在喷砂处理后立即涂覆,干膜厚度达到 25um.

4 The secondary surface preparation and paint application.

二次表面处理和油漆施工
4.1 Steel structure exterior, exposed to atmosphere

钢结构外表面,暴露于空气中部分

Remove oil and grease, dirt, etc. with suitable detergent or solvent according to SSPC SP1,
solvent cleaning.

用合适的清洁剂或者溶剂除去表面的油脂、灰尘等,以达到 SSPC SP1“溶剂清洗”的


要求.

All welding seams must have a surface finish that ensures that the quality of the paint system
will be maintained in all respects. Holes in welding seam, undercuts, cracks, etc., should be
avoided. If found, they must be remedied by welding and/or grinding.

必须对所有的焊缝进行表面加工处理以确保油漆配套的质量可以得到很好的维持。必须
避免焊孔、咬边和裂缝,若发现有以上缺陷则必须对其补焊或者打磨.

All weld spatters must be removed, all sharp edges must be removed or rounded off in such a
way that the specified film thickness can be build up on all surfaces. The radius of the rounding
should be approximately 1mm. any lamination must be removed.

所有焊渣和锐边必须加以清除,以确保所有的表面上都可以涂覆规定厚度的油漆。圆角
的半径必须为大约 1mm 左右,所有的迭片结构必须加以清除.

Steel work, including welding flame-cutting, grinding must be best finished before the surface
preparation starts.

钢结构处理包括焊接、火焰切割和打磨等必须在进行表面处理前完成.

All external surfaces, including:

所有外表面包括:

 The exterior surface of all structural members,

所有结构件的外表面部分

 The whole of surface any object such as an equalizing beam or bogie

类似平衡梁或者轮箱等结构的所有表面

 The outside surface of any guard, cabin or housing

防护装置、控制室等的外表面。

After welding assembly of the steel structure, for rust area in surface & Damaged shop primer
area, blasting to SA 2.5 standard Swedish SIS 055900, with surface profile Ry5 30-85μm, for
other areas where no damage happened to shop primer applied before, sweep blasting (Brush-
off blasting cleaning) according to SSPC SP7 will be done to satisfy the condition for
application of epoxy organic zinc primer such as clean the surface etc.

钢结构焊接拼装后,表面锈蚀或车间底漆被破坏的需按标准处理表面到 SA2.5 级,表面


粗糙度为 Ry5 30-85μm。其它表面未见锈蚀,并且车间底漆未被破坏的,需做扫砂处理
(SSPC SP7),清除表面污染物(粉尘,盐份等)。

Dust, blast abrasives etc. shall be removed from the surface after blast cleaning such that the
particle quantity and particle size do not exceed rating 3 of ISO 8502-3.

喷砂处理后必须清除钢结构表面上的灰尘、喷砂磨料等,从而使得微粒的数量和大小不
超过 ISO 8502-3 的 3 级水平。

4.2 Steel structure not direct exposed to sunshine

不直接暴露在空气中的钢结构。

All the weld spatter, flux, dirt, oil and grease etc, shall be removed, damaged or rusted areas to
be power tool cleaned to St3 according to ISO 8501-1: 1988

所有焊渣、灰尘和油脂等必须给予清除,损坏和生锈部位必须用动力工具处理至 ISO

8501-1:1988 St 3

4.3 Sealed surfaces

密封表面

Sealed surface means interior surface of member sealed by welding and pressure tested in
accordance with owner’s requirement, sealed surface do not need to be painted .
密封表面是指依据业主的要求用焊接或者压力测试密封起来的构件的内表面,密封表面
不需要覆涂油漆.

4.4 Galvanized surface

镀锌表面

All surfaces to be coated (if necessary) shall be clean for all contaminants that would affect
the integrity of the coating system prior to surface preparation; the surfaces shall be cleaned, as
necessary, to remove all oil, grease by using suitable detergent according to SSPC SP1 .

如要求镀锌表面需覆涂油漆,则在表面处理前所有表面都必须是清洁的,因为任何污
染物都会影响油漆配套的完整性。根据实际需要,所有油脂都必须用合适的清洁剂清除
至 SSPC SP1

In order to obtain a roughened surface, power disc cleaning or sand papering is required.

为了形成一定的表面粗糙度,动力清洁盘和砂纸是必需的。

Galvanized surface & Stainless surface will NOT be painted.

镀锌和不锈钢表面不做油漆。

4.5 Repair touch-up

修补

Remove surface contamination by scrubbing approved degreasing agent.

用被认可的除油剂擦洗表面以去除上面的污物;

Wash off the scrubbed surface with fresh water and allow drying.

用淡水冲擦洗表面并让其干燥;

Prepare the damaged area to St3 according to ISO 8501-1, by mechanical power tool cleaning.

损坏区域用动力工具处理至 ISO 8501-1 St3

Such abrading shall include feather of all sharp edges of sound coating around the damaged
area.

必须对损坏区域附近的锐边进行砂磨处理;

Remove all surface debris by cleaning.

清除表面上的所有碎片;

5 Paint application

油漆施工
5.1 Weather condition

天气条件

 Paint should never be applied on wet surface. Not only should painting be avoided in rain,
sleet, fog, snow, and wind, but attention must also be paid to the presence of condensation
on the surface.

油漆不可喷涂在湿的表面上。不仅需要避免在下雨、下冰雹、下雪和刮风时喷涂油
漆,也要留意表面上的结露情况.

 Generally, painting should be done at over 10 ℃ of atmospheric temperature and below 40


℃.

总体而言,油漆必须在环境温度为 10 ℃-40 ℃时喷涂.

 No painting should be applied on the surface where the surface temperature is below 3℃ at
dew point temperature.

当表面温度不超过露点 3℃时不能喷涂油漆

 Painting should be done when R.H. below 85%. If surface is wet or sweaty, painting

should not be done.

油漆喷涂时,相对湿度必须低于 85%。如果表面是潮湿的或者结露,不能喷涂油漆;

5.2 Painting

油漆喷涂

 The painting of the first coat should be carried out on the same day of the de-rusting of
shop pried steel surface preparation and after surface preparation described above is carried
out.

第一道油漆的喷涂必须与钢结构除锈和表面处理在同一天完成

 The interval of painting work, drying, coverage, and film thickness should be referred to
paint “Technical Data Sheet” of paint which offered by paint manufacturer.

油漆喷涂间隔、干燥时间、涂层膜厚等参数可查阅油漆商技术数据手册

 Airless spray, air spray, rollers, and brushes shall be applied according to the working
specification.

根据规格书可采用无气喷涂、空气喷涂、辊涂和刷涂等涂覆方式

 A stripe coat should be carried out by brush on locations where the spray application will
be not properly applied prior to full coating.

当用无气喷涂不能完全涂覆整个表面时,可在喷涂之前先刷涂一道油漆

 Surfaces of the shop primer damaged by welding, burning, or rubbing and rusted surfaces
shall be cleaned by blasting or power tools prior to painting but shall not be touched up
with shop primer.

焊接或打磨后的预涂表面和生锈的部位在涂覆油漆之前必须进行喷砂或者动力工具
处理,而不能直接对其进行预涂.

 Galvanized surfaces ( if necessary to be painted) shall be properly prepared and primer


with epoxy phosphate zinc or similar paint which is commended by paint manufacture
before applying to topcoat.

镀锌表面(如要求喷涂)必须加以合适的表面处理,在喷涂面漆之前需用环氧磷酸
锌底漆或油漆商推荐的油漆进行喷涂。

1. Paint warranty to be 5 years, Ri3 (as per ISO4628) ,油漆担保是 5 年,欧洲等级是 RE3 对应于
ISO 4628 中的 Ri3;

2. Painting system need fit marine environment, 油漆必须能适应海洋性气候;

8 Repair/Touch-up
修补
Once the crane components are painted, every effort shall be made to prevent damage to the painting
system. This shall be addressed during the design phase of the crane. Attachment brackets for
electrical wiring and the devices shall be welded before painting. Walkway attachment brackets shall
be welded before painting. Lifting lugs installed to prevent paint damage during handing. Sea bracing
designed to minimized paint damage during removal. Any attachments that can be welded to the
structure before painting shall be attached unless approved by the purchaser.

起重机构件一旦喷涂油漆之后,必须尽量避免损坏油漆,这在起重机的设计阶段就该提出
来。电线和电气装置的附属支架必须在喷涂油漆之前焊接;走道的附属支架也必须在喷涂油
漆之前焊接;在搬运过程中使用安装的吊耳时避免油漆损坏;海固的设计需考虑割除时尽量
减少油漆损坏;除非得到采购方的同意,任何可在喷涂油漆之前焊接的附属装置必须都先焊
接。

If paint damage does occur, the paint shall be repaired to this specification as recommended by the
paint supplier. Of it is shown by the contractor and approved by Purchaser that paint repair
preparation by blasting is not practical for the paint repair, and then the zinc primer or similar product
which is commended by paint supplier shall be used over a SP3/St3 surface preparation as the prier
for the paint repair, especially for the exposed interior of the crane structures.

如果有油漆损坏,必须按照油漆供应商推荐的这个规格书对其进行修补。经承包商指出和采
购商同意油漆修补前的表面处理通过喷砂来完成是不切实际的,但是富锌底漆或油漆生产商
推荐的油漆修补所需要的表面处理需高于 SP3/St3,特别是当用在起重设备结构的暴露的内表
面上时要尤为重视。

Damaged Galvanic surface shall be repaired with paint which is commended by paint supplier
(surface preparation to SP3/SP11) with an approval.

镀锌表面的破坏部位必须用油漆生产商推荐的油漆进行修补(表面处理至 SP3/SP11)
9 Measurement of Dry film thickness 干膜厚度的测量
Drying film thickness shall be measured at each coating with measuring instrument Elcometer DFT
gauge according to ISO 2808. 每道油漆的干膜厚度都必须按照 ISO2808 的方法用 Elcometer 干
膜测厚仪进行测量

10 Warranty
担保
Paint supplier provides a warranty on the performance of its paint systems under its standard
warranty policy, in accordance with its Risk Management Division.

在油漆厂商标准担保政策中,油漆厂商为油漆配套的性能提供担保,与油漆厂商风险管理部
门一致

Normally, Paint warranty to be 5 years, RE2 of European grade corresponding to Ri2 of ISO 4628

通常,油漆担保是 5 年,欧洲等级是 RE2 对应于 ISO 4628 中的 Ri2。
