2. Desu = (Is/am/are/was) → You can kind of think of は of this kind of
3. Before the は is the topic/// AFTER the は is about/ question/ description about topic
4. Always use ga after question word never wa

Anata= You Kare= Him/ Boyfriend ( if my in front)


Watashi= I, me Kanojo= Her/ Girlfriend ( if my in front)
Tabun= Maybe Tomodachi = Friends

Dare desu ka= Who is it/he/she/this/they Kore no dare desu ka = who dis
Tomodachi wa dare desu ka= Who is friend Watashi no mizu desu = my soup
( as you point to someone next to them) Kyle no ochinchin desu

Kanojo no= her Watashi no okaa-san no ojisann
