that slow you down, that’s what continuous improvement is all about.”

To our highly respected CID chief, maam Roselyn gama, to our versatile District Supervisor Sir Genesis Roman, to
our creative and enthusiastic district assessment coordinator sir Christian Gomez, to our school head of different
school , fellow teachers and participants my warm welcome to each and everyone. I am Shundee B. Lebico your
host for todays webinar.

After all the hindrances, and conflicts of schedule that came in our way, finally, today we managed to make this
webinar possible. Today is not just a wonderful day but we will also make it a day full of learnings.

To formally start this webinar, I invite everyone for the invocation and singing of Philippine National anthem and
RMMC Hymn.

*let us all feel the presence of Almighty Father as we offer Him a song of praise.

*Please stay still, for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem

*Altogether let us sing with our heart our very own RMMC hymn.

And just like a meal, I know you are all excited to go to the main course and heart of todays program. To enlighten
us on the first 2 step of Continuous improvement. So without much ado-it is my pleasure to introduce to you our 1 st
speaker for today. She is presently the school head of sa-ang Elementary school. A multi-talented woman with a
happy heart. Our 1st speaker, let us all welcome maam Aycel Muyco!

improvement. That was indeed an insightful and relevant presentation. You thoughts are going to stay with us.

Our 2nd speaker for today’s webinar is the living idiom of a man who happened to be born at the right time and at
the right place. A living inspiration to all of us and a man of action. I feel very proud to present to you our very own
District supervisor, let us all welcome our 2nd speaker Dr.. jeralyn maca.

great pleasure to introduce our 3rd speaker for today who is going to discuss the step 5 on continuous
improvement. The woman who inspires and touch the hearts of many. Ladies and gentlemen, let us give our

hour, please join me in welcoming Miss FLORA MEA MELENDRES.

We are blessed with a sunny morning as we are ample up a very engaging and interesting topic on CI. To continue
our topic for today please help me welcome our 5th speaker, one of the outstanding teacher of lantaw 1 district, a
resounding applause to maam JOFE MAJADUCON.

She is a woman of virtue coupled with an impressive background, it was not therefore surprising that she became a
devoted public servant in the department of education. To present the remaining steps in CI it’s my privilege to
introduce to you our last speaker Maam Marivic Mirasol.

Thank you so much maam marivic that was indeed an insightful presentation.

Going for beyond the call of duty, doing more than others expect. This is what excellence is all about. Excellence
means doing your very best. In everything, in every way.
