2008  in rendering the  professional  services  in  various  verticals  of  business.  Team  of JS Assignments  is 
mainly  working  in  the  areas  of  infrastructure  development  related  to  roads,  canals,  railways,  etc.  for 
earthwork projects and has been continuously rendering professional services in the field of Accounting, 
Taxation,  Finance,  Insurance,  IT  enabled  and  Web  based  Services  and  Academics  since  inception.  Our 
professional  team  of  JS  Assignments  has  expanded  new  horizons  of  rendering  services  in  the  field  of 
Financial Advisory services along with handling the Government projects on behalf of Clients. We  have 
grown not only in terms of the number of clients but also grown in terms of geographical reach to  clients

Mr. Ronak Parikh, BE Civil, PGDACM, PGEMP, Ch. Eng.(UK), director since 2021 is the also the 
cofounder and Managing Director of JS Assignments and Genesis Pro Management Services, 
Dubai. He has more than 18 years of experience at senior levels in MNCs in the projects related 
to Airport /Highway /Bridges /Interchanges/ Railways/Residential & commercial etc. is the sour 
us as a mentor since the inception of the business. 
 
 
Jignesh Majmudar : 
 
Jignesh Majmudar, a borne entrepreneur, a graduate in commerce and DTP. He is the promotor director 
of JS Assignments Private Limited. He has been visionary and very hardworking. Starting from his career 
in LIC as an agent, writing books of accounts and Income Tax Compliance practice has under the umbrella 
of  JS  Assignments  has  increased  the  scope  of  work  and  improved  in  the  skill  sets  to  do  business.  His 
vibrant  leadership  has  been  leading  the  team  to  expand  the  horizon.  His  core  area  of  work  has  been 
business development and his aspiration to contribute more in the field of infrastructure development 
is very high and is evident from the kind of growth the company is registering for the last two years. He 
is also pursuing an MBA from one of the renowned universities in India. 
 
 
CA. Satvik Shah : 
 
CA.  Satvik  Shah,  DISA,  DIRM,  an  entrepreneur,  well  qualified  M.Com.,  Chartered  Accountant,  DISA, 
DIRM,  Forex,  MBA(pursuing),  Registered  Valuer(pursuing)  has  been  an  asset  of  the  JS  Assignments 
Private limited.  He  is the promotor  director of  JS  Assignments Private Limited.  He  is also a  director  at 
A&W Engineering Works (India) Private Limited. He has been the backbone of the organization. He builds 
up and binds the branches of the growing tree of JS Assignments. He is a thorough businessman and  with 
the highest skill sets in the field of accounts, finance, and taxation. His role in executing all the projects 
or  work  is  highly  professional  and  meticulous.  He  believes  in  delivering  the  best  to  the  clients  in  all 
possible  ways  and  more  than  their  expectations.  He  strongly  believes  that  any  and  every  business 
transacted must  result  profitable  in  the  hand  of  all  the  stakeholders including clients,  employees,  and
